@skierjp , absolute chump change! Nautique is a peanut company. 1MM Lmao. And I think your way light on that. When you get into 9 figures then your blowing minds. Don’t give more credit then necessary. It’s not a engineering marvel. It’s a slight improvement, at best, on a hull design. Guts are the same or some tweaked a little. As far as engineers I have a group of ten on contract. Great minds who can barely dress themselves. The sad part is you have to pay for ten mistakes to end up with a good result. So maybe not that brilliant...

I hate agreeing with @Horton but to add to his point YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR! Sure you can build a 35k boat and ski behind it...but it wont be at the level many of us have come accustomed to. It would be hard for any company to explain this crazy trend in prices; especially when they have next to no R&D ( please manufacturers don't pretend like you do)....motor is someone else's, most of the tech in it is as well.....they mold fiberglass!! no respect for the major 3 but I do own a current model. lmao On a side note is there way to see how many boats are actually sold / build sheeted each year. I see there are lots of pro boats and such....are the guys who actually buy the boat paying for a pro to have one for free? that may explain part of the $130k nautique

i have seen front ends lift while going up hill / pulling out of launch...all on 2 doors ( shorter wheelbase). stick with a truck!

@Bill22 good mentions on the senate. I just signed up for the Radar Tour here in Ontario Canada. Really looking forward to trying the new 2018 Senate. Just talked to Brooks yesterday and sounds like one will be there for me to try. Recommend the Tour to anyone looking to try anything from the Radar line. #RadaR

@Mitzysman you said a key word there that makes me vote Senate and that was "progress". I think a ton of people here would agree the senate is a ski that will help you progress into the course and even run course into 34mph no prob. I was on a Senate for the past 3 season and speak from "some" experience. I moved to a vapor ( which all i really notice is its faster; cant really define it past that). I was actually going to sell my Senate then realized it such a great ski for some free skiing and friends that it wasn't worth getting rid of. #RadaR

for your budget get a Centurion Carbon Pro. Best option in my opinion and you can get a 2014 for around that price with trailer.{ might have to add 10% but it would be worth it}

@Horton @BobH , I get it, if your bring YOUR boat its YOU that is supporting it, and thats great....Buts no one is going to say " Nate set a new record behind @Horton" no one cares who's driving ( except a few extreme diehards here) or who owns the boat. Last driver talk i heard was with chad scott and nate for that record that didn't quite make it...For us out here who actually drop 100k ( in Canada) on a boat all i want to know which brand is setting records.. couldn't care less if your tourney boat was owned by promo or personally...
