Second day on my Senate and running 22 off easier than 15 off. It has made a world of difference in progression. Hope to be back up to speed at 34 mph soon and run the Vapor and senate back to back. For now though the senate is were it's at.

Just buy a Vapor and Senate and be done with it

Can't say enough about my 2017 Lithium Senate. I'm 5-7" 175lbs and it's a great ski to progress on. Also have a 67 Vapor pro build and it was too much to learn on. I'll prob just sell it or hold on to it for when i get better. Second day on the senate and I'm running 22 off easier than I was running 15 off. Love it. It's still fast and much more forgiving. Easier to get up and feel less fatigued after a set.

Took my first few sets on my 17 Lithium Senate today. Big difference from my 17 Vapor pro build. Loved it. After 30 years of open water skiing I'm getting back into the course regularly now at 15 off. Last time I skied a course was 25 years ago. This ski is exactly what I needed to step it down a notch and get back to basics without sacrificing performance. Recovering from a lower back injury and makes a huge difference in fatigue. Love the ski and will serve me well as I progress quickly back to 22 off. Still getting it dialed in and messing with fin and bindings. Used my reflex set up off my Vapor with recommended setting but felt like I was too far back and riding the tail. Had to move them forward one hole. Probably selling the pro build now to concentrate on the senate until I'm im into 28 off. Really impress with this ski

@Tdub I got lucky. Just happen to be down at PerfSki last week on a layover and they had a clean 67' demo they scored from somewhere. Was the only one I've seen in months. Called them back a few days later after I got home from my trip and couldn't believe they still had it. Against my better judgment I jumped on it. Great price too so couldn't pass it up.

Is it the same , just different graphics? Just picked up a 17 and should be here later this week.

I started under the cleat. Tucked up the tape measure as close under as I can just under the fabric strap. It's about a 1/4-1/2 inch difference if I use bottom of boot

Hello, Long time looker, first post. Great site for info. Im currently running a 17 Vapor Pro (67) with Reflex Supershell 2.0s. I've read Jay's book on Fin Whispering and have a good idea about Bf measurements but haven't found anything solid on where to get a good Bf to tail with the Reflex set up. From one mounting position I can get the 2 exact measurements i want to try (29.5/30.0) depending on where you go from. Back of heel cup on plate? Up on heel of boot just under the fabric strap? I can post pic of different locations if it clarifies. Ive found about 3 spots that all make sense to measure from. Different animal than the Radar boots (just use the bottom where plastic and stiching meet). Any Reflex users that can shed some light on this? Thanks again
