  1. 74 today (40A 34W), water going up from 32 means feet numb by 5th pass vs 4th last time. Also took wing off after reading BOS topics - 30-32mph 15 off; easier to go 2nd wake to ball and much better pre-gate glide.
  2. See if you can find a used HO Superlite CX or Omni; IMO a nice choice for how he skis BTW what's he on now & could his bindings go on another ski? Like this one - $100 over his price but new https://www.ebay.com/itm/HO-Superlite-CX-65-W-HO-xMAX-Binding-size-7-11-2017/192621593218?hash=item2cd9244282:g:jssAAOSwSP9bazbh:rk:1:pf:0
  3. LOL these darn ads - entered the SIA contest I saw on BOS and my wife's EMail won some free stuff!
  4. Warmed up to 72 degrees today (40A 32W); think spring is in the air. What a wonderful way to start the New Year!
  5. @skialex I am blessed to have Hilltop 15 minutes from home. As long as it's not frozen we ski! I find that by staying at it weekly the cold is not as intimidating.
  6. Closed out 2018 with 36 air 32 water - a glorious 68 degree sunny day with glassy glass. Ski you all next year (tomorrow!!)
  7. 79 today (43A/36W) one more day left in 2018 to get just one more ball... SKI you all at Hilltop tomorrow!!
  8. I'm new here, no clue what my home & work computer do for ad blocking, bu I will say I am VERY happy visiting this forum daily. Ads are not disruptive, they relate to our sport. I don't see what all the drama is about so maybe I'm just fortunate to be tech stupid. Keep up the great work Mr. Horton & Happy New Year!
  9. @Horton only if you go out the front and do a really bad face plant - so BOS should statistically decrease brain damage
  10. My wife's doc said, "if you put it in a knee and have a problem you can cut it out - can't do that with your back". As a veterinarian I would not put it in my spine till I saw some really good data that says go for it.
  11. Think I would stay away from Roundup based on recent successful litigation for being associated with cancer. Maybe ok to clear my roadside but don't think I want it in my lake anymore
  12. @WaterSkier12 - 12 infected stem cell patients? That's a scary stat and would like to here more details if you can get them
  13. @mmadore21 could you please detail where your pain is - top, bottom, entire arm?? Thanks
  14. @skiinxs how many of those to keep a slalom course open?!?
  15. I think I just pee'd in my dry suit a little I'm so happy!
  16. If a bottle of scotch came with every fin I might consider one for my Superlite. @horton are you a lowland or highland scotch guy - I love a 10 yr Laphroaig after a challenging work day. Merry Christmas
  17. Lovely old boat; should be in a museum; still in very nice condition
  18. Sat 12/16, 74 degrees! (40 air, 34 water) - heavenly! Hooray for ice chest full of hot water
  19. @tjm - fantastic; so happy for you! Were you treated in 2017 or 2018; also curious were you doing any aggressive PT prior to stem treatment? Thanks again for sharing.
  20. pb 34/15off; watch Horton's video, that's all I think about now! Before that, hips to handle going to wake; bend knees stand tall & centered getting to ball
  21. @tjm thanks for the update - you are the 1st post that has actually had the procedure. What was your cell source? Spring of 2018?? Did you have a shoulder diagnosis/mri??
  22. @Horton - if the LM is keeping you busy now, wait till she's 16 (license, boys etc) - sorry if that keeps you up at night; probably just got myself banned!
