Chef, I weigh 202 .

Tried a 68" Sans SR-1 this weekend. First tried it at standard settings with a .80 4 hole Obrien Elite fin; could not turn it. The ski kept going outbound no matter how hard I tried to turn it. I changed to 6.92 ,2.443, .73 , Wow, the ski was very good. It gets more angle than my 68.5 Elite and is very fast . I feel more pressure in the pull than I do on my Elite but I am very early for the next ball. It seems to go outbound to apex very well. I just ran 22 and 28's , it was a little too aggressive, I think it will be better as the line gets shorter. Might add a litttle depth and try again.

What are some suggestions to help keep shoulders and head level? I am bad at doing this, no matter what, I get my shoulder pulled to the inside at the last minute. I need a key or keys to focus on. Thanks, John

I think she will get 2 rounds in Houston next weekend behind a 6.0 txi. I am not sure 6.0 or 5.7 but they have to have two boats the same. I don't think there are two 5.7's available.

Ed, How does the Sans and the S-2 feel compared to each other? I am interested in both skis.

The ski is not here yet, I cannot wait. I will post the differences I feel.

Thanks, I cannot wait to try it. My Elite is 68.5 the sr-2 is a 68, I am 200.25 lbs. I wonder how fast the Sans will feel off the ball? I don't want to have a lot of pressure off the ball ie I want the ski to carry speed through the turn--- no stall.

I would like the Professor of skioligy ( Horton) to compare the Obrien Elite and the Sans Rival SR2. I am about to try the Sans . I have been skiing on a 2009 Elite for 3 years. Thanks!

Could Ward or someone who is riding a 2011 68.5 Elite comment on the differences in the 2011 and the 2009 ski. I am on a 68.5 2009 Elite.

Could someone give me the current 68.5 Elite fin numbers. I have tried the search function and cannot find the old thread. I have lost 30 lbs and my ski does not feel right. Thanks
