  4. The other really bad unexpected release happened when the weld on the 404 let go! If you are still using the old welded release take a good look at it. I have seen several break and its never pretty
  5. @Horton actually it was all your fault, it was right after i got home from the ski test out in Bako, first set after i got home to cottonwood i set my ski back up and grabbed the wrong release i grabbed JDs daughter Carolines release and went out and almost ended my ski career. She weighed about 80 lbs. and lets just say i weighed about 100 lbs more then that. Came out of one ball and released at the wake after about 5 flips and ten feet of cattails Emily thought i was dead for sure! You dont forget those kinds of lessons!
  6. If not setup or maintained correctly you can have a pre release like the one i had at cottonwood years ago! Joe Darwin spun the boat around and his daughter was already on the platform screaming call 911, call 911! That being said i wouldnt swap my reflex for any other binding.

  10. A friend called me and said the Zero Off on his 2014 Carbon Pro failed! He said the screen flashed on and off several times and then went blank and now won’t come on at all. Other than power supply any suggestions!

  13. Do we know which rope will be used at Regionals and Nationals?, might be a good idea to practice on that for a few weeks prior!
  14. .80 is pretty thick, you may want to add a zero and move that decimal point!
  15. This is the one from Lake 38, I made one like it for Cedar Ridge except I switched to a analog style scale so it’s easier to read and doesn’t need to be switched between Lbs. and Kgs.
  16. the horizontal style works great for measuring ropes also with the 44lb weight!
  17. This is one style I made for Cottonwood! I have a vertical style that mounts to a post that I made for Cedar Ridge and Lake 38 I’ll take a pic or maybe Keith has a pic!
