The best alternative I have found is the Ther Band Flex Bar. Buy it online for about $20 - $25 and use it every day. Couple years ago I was having trouble and it did the trick and I now use it religiously. The reason for the pain is that all the tendons in your arm connect at the elbow and do not release tension. By using the Flex Bar, it releases the tension and eliminates the pain. Good luck and hope you find relief.

Lifer here. I really enjoy the climate of the events and all the great people. It's like a family, you don't agree with everything they say or do, but would not want to miss it.

John Brooks - 55 years old, first deep water start 10 years ago, first time in the course at age 46, first tournament age 48, now totally addicted and skiing 4 days a week thanks to my sponsor (aka – wife of 29 years). Some would ask why start slalom skiing at 45 years old, I would say, why not. Completely immersed in the sport as skier, driver, judge, scorer, safety director, soon to be TC and tournament director (maybe someday will find something I am good at and stick with it - ). Looking forward to this year as my first entry in Regional’s. Fully enjoy this site and thanks to Horton and contributors for all you do to make it entertaining….and informative.

I think most of the pro's and Big Dawgs are skiing for the ski company that offers the best sponsorship to them. I agree with skibug, ski on what works best for you.

Not sure if you guys noticed, but Perfect Pass has been testing a Zero Off simulator. Apparently it is a add on to Star Gazer. If you check out the Perfect Pass website under the news section, there are a couple comments about the simulator. This may be a great option (and less expensive than a ZO conversion). I know I am hopeful they will bring this to market soon. John.
