  1. I'm sure winterizing would be a WHOLE lot quicker!
  2. If there was a strong crossover between the two sports, I would be ripping 39s in stead of struggling with 15 off! On the snow, I can hit almost any big mountain and run most of their trails and then go off trail,on the water however;.............it's a work in progress.
  3. I have an Aquaspere that is supposed to be good down to 50 but I would say my comfort level stops at about 60. At anything lower than 60 I'm looking for my O'neil Boost drysuit.
  4. The more I ski on my 69" SC the more I think it's too big for me. Feels like a big barge coming behind the boat 185 lbs 15 off, 30 mph Downsize to the 67? The 55 sounds like it might work for me??
  5. The HO Clutch is pretty much the same as the Radar Lock. The only difference is aesthetic design.
  6. Another issue that I think compounds to my plate bending is when I compared my size 9's to a buddy's setup with his size 11's , I believe I am able to put more leverage onto the plate when I lift up my back heel being at a greater distance.  My friends 11's are much closer to the back mounting screws and he wouldn't be able to generate as much force. BICBW, any physics majors want to chime in?
  7. How do you know which plate you have? Mine is the black - faux carbon fiber. What does the thicker plate look like, or do I have to pull out my caliper? I noticed that mine was bending up approximately 1/2" in the rear. Initially, I had both the rear screws tight and the small plate had movement. I assume that the screws were slightly too long and tapped out allowing the small plate to freely slide around.  I added a couple of washers which seemed to take away the slop.ÂÂÂ
  8. The width of my 67" Theory is 7.281" approximately 1" up from the uppermost inserts. I believe the INT w/r regs require 7.25 at that measurement point.  What happened with the 69" Senate C that you were going to use for INT wide ride?
  9. They also work very nicely for the 30/32 15' off skier. I was able to make my first turns in them yesterday in 55 degree water. My initial thoughts were they gave as much ski feedback as my Approaches. While somewhat forgiving of mistakes (or maybe it could be the ski not being high end that was forgiving) I had to catch myself after making boneheaded mistakes as far as balance on the ski. I couldn't be happier with my new gear.
