  1. Does he need to place at regionals to qualify for nationals or does he have the scores to qualify, but just needs to ski regionals?
  2. @ski6jones R&D is continuing. I got a glimpse of the latest unnamed prototype last week.
  3. Not sure about settings, but I had dinner with Rob Hazelwood last night after his third place finish in the Swiss Pro Slalom. He is stoked about the Syndicate Works 02.
  4. KOD starts Saturday at 5:00 EDT. Schedule is roughly Womens Slalom Head to Head, Mens Slalom Head to Head, Womens Jump Finals, Mens Jump Finals. It's going to be a fun evening.

    ZO issue

Is that a single or dual puck system?
  6. I believe you added an extra "0" to the camera investment. Non the less, its still a sizable investment.
  7. https://www.waterswetsuits.com/ Here's another reasonably priced alternative.
  8. Get a Gussi steering wheel off of Ebay. The Styling is very similar to many of the boats of that era. The 6 or so bolts holding the wheel to the hub are generally universal.
  9. @OldGuysRule My October renewal still had the coverage. By February, it was gone.
  10. @dbutcher I don't remember the specifics, but I'm pretty sure I got the letter and my renewal package at least a month before the renewal date. I used Chubb and Global Marine generically. My policies are with Ace and Global Marine is a DBA for Specialty Program Group.
  11. I just received my Chubb/Global Marine towboat insurance renewal with one significant change. Chubb is dropping their coverage rider that extends coverage to sanctioned events. In their lingo, this is known as their H2O Ski Plus Program Endorsement. Here's the exact language from their letter: "With this renewal, your policy will no longer contains the H20 Ski Plus Program Endorsement, which means that you no longer have coverage for your Insured vessel(s) while being used for USAW sanctioned events, including exhibitions and practice sessions, even if consideration or remuneration is received by you from USAW." I would have missed this on my own, but my neighbor is an insurance guy and he actually reads this stuff. Not exactly sure when they made the change. My October policy still has coverage, but another policy that renewed in March did not. Just wanted to give everyone a heads up.
  12. Ben Favret produced American Skiers in the early 2000s.
  13. @RichardDoanea good prop shop can re-cup the 422 from 0.105 to 0.150 and make it into a 668 as a backup. I've had it done a few times. Works great.
  14. Its nice when they have a cantilevered roof so the support poles aren't in the way on the ends.
  15. Happy to see she is on the road to recovery.
  16. Yea, I was watching at that time directly on their livestream.com feed and it showed less than 1000 viewers. I webcast many events myself and pay attention to that kind of detail.
  17. What a bummer. Hope you find another one.
  18. In reality, the webcast is somewhat of an afterthought for the Moomba organizers. Their primary focus is the 50-100K of people on the shorelines, not the 5-900 people watching the webcast at any given time.
  19. @RAWSkiYour comment makes no sense. I regularly drive and ski at least 5 boats with the 6L engine and none have had any significant issues.
  20. I voted 3, but went back to count and its more like 6. Andy at one of his clinics, Freddie, Manon, Dorien, Jaimee and Aliaksandra Danisheuskaya at collegiate tournaments in the SCR. If you include U17, U21 and Senior World champions, the list gets long pretty fast with all of the collegiate talent in the SCR.
  21. Yes, the 6.0 will fit under the doghouse of the 5.7.
  22. Kidder Redline - first real slalom ski D3 X5 - All time PB Mapple T2 - Tied all time PB eight years later
  23. @GaryJanzig The 5.3L PCM is the same size block as the 6.2L PCM. You can't tell them apart just by looking at them, except for the branding. Also, I believe they both require a larger engine cover than the 5.7L and 6.0L engines.
