@Than_Bogan@HortonI've seen the video frame by frame and he clearly hit the buoy squarely as evidenced by the OTF ejection that followed. One of the perks of being part of the TWBC crew in the trailer. On that topic, the slalom prelims were super stressful in there 🙂
That’s not Nate’s first close encounter with a ramp. In 2019 at Okeeheelee’s Americas Cup the ramp was very close to the boat guides.

You would think so, but you never know for sure until you check. I had to replace my head unit long after Rev S had come out. It came with Rev R on it. It was an easy upgrade when I called them about it since I had already upgraded my old head unit.
Resale could be an issue. Back in 2012, I bought a 1000 hour ski school boat. Over the next 8 years the hours climbed to 1800. When I started advertising it for sale in 2019, I got very few inquiries until the beginning of summer after covid hit. Then I received 5 full price offers sight unseen within 2 weeks. I wouldn't plan on another covid event hitting to help sell the next one.
It was a great boat for me. Still have 2 very similar boats that are still going strong.
Hour meter on one of my 2010 200's just turned 3400 hours. Current engine has about 1100 hours. Not really sure how many hours are on the hull. It may have had a previous engine swap before I purchased it.
I believe my boat was the first one to have this issue. When my mechanic was trying to diagnose the issue, they used a pressure gauge on the fuel rail. With the pressure gauge connected, the boat would not act up. That is part of how they ultimately identified the fix for the issue.
@Justin_C I had this exact same issue on a 98 Malibu Response. The solution @UWSkier describes fixed mine when they changed out the stainless fuel rail cross sections with the rubberized ones. Hope you find a solution.
The change to cats was January 1,0 2011. Not exactly sure if it was order date or start of construction, but I remember the local promo guy giving me a call in late 2010 about it. The 2011 boat I had that was used at the Masters had Cats. I sold it with 1800 generally trouble free hours.
Acme 668 - 15.5 pitch, 0.150 cup
Acme 422 - 15.5 pitch, 0.105 cup
Acme 654 - 15.0 pitch, 0,105 cup
The 654 will give you a little more hole shot vs the 668 or 422.
This year for Swiss Pro the men started at 32off in the first round and 35off in the second round. First round was 7 skiers/hour and the second round was 12 skiers/hour. The increased pace packs more exciting skiing into the same amount of time. I'm all for it.
