Ski School. Ski School. Ski School. Yes there are new skis on the market, but your ski is not holding you back. Many would argue your ski is one of the best skis Radar has ever made.

If we want to keep Regionals I think skiers should be required to ski Regionals every other year to attend Nationals, before we just throw it into the trash bin as an event. I enjoy regionals, but it is 5 days in the Southern Region and that is brutal especially turning around and going to Nationals. I would more than likely still attend Regionals ever year if the requirement to attend goes away. Only 2 open skiers skied in the Southern Region. 1 in Mens Slalom and 1 in Mens Jump I am submitting a rules change this year to make Open skiers attend Regionals. I see it as a disservice to the host club & would give the kids more interaction with our elite skiers.

There is a difference in the boat being "up to speed" at the pre gates and settled at speed at/before the pre-gates that can lead to in inconstant gate pullout.

@swbca The boat is fine. Use the forward facing camera on the screen side of the. The rear camera uses a rolling shutter to take video and with the vibration creates a video that is unwatchable.

@DangerBoy it was at the base of the ramp floating next to his skis. Scary to watch in person for sure. Glad he got around to his back in that flip or it could have been bad. Walked away without a scratch.

A big thank you to everyone at Whitestone for putting on another great tournament! They went above and beyond bringing in top notch officials, MasterCraft drivers for the Cash Prize and great boats. Their hospitality was second to none, food trucks every day, live music and great fellowship. Whitestone has put a lot of work into the site over the last few years and the scores really show that! Put a BOS Cash Prize is on your list of tournaments to ski in and make it the one at Whitestone next year. I hope this event continues and grows every year. I can't wait for 2022!
