I ask this question because I have three Mapple T2 skis. The one I like the most has four full ski seasons on it. I have not liked anything I have tried more than my current ski. I am interested in the New Denali but probably won’t ski enough this year to justify it. I can think of a few great skiers that rode their old skis for years. Simon Hill on the Shadow. Scott Larson on the X5.

He left us way too soon. It gives me peace knowing he died doing something he loved.

How do you know he intentionally falsified documents? Don't get mad at me, I am sincerely asking. As for the article you posted, every person he prosecuted will appeal, sue and claim to be innocent.

What I found interesting is they alleged all kinds of corruption, drug dealing, theft and racism yet they charged him with DEA policy violations and filling out forms incorrectly. For those who are unfamiliar, the federal system is a paperwork, bureaucratic nightmare. It is impossible to fill out all of their forms correctly. The star witness admits to his wife he is going to have to testify to a lie in order to avoid life in prison. I wonder why they have not charged Comey? He admitted to misleading a FISA court. Sounds like he filed false federal documents.

For those of you that don't know the area this is a great lake with awesome owners and members. The weather is beautiful and there is a tournament in the local area almost every weekend. It is a short drive to mountain biking, hiking and not far from the San Francisco bay area and Napa Valley.

Nice job restoring that boat. It brings back a lot of memories. Simon Hill, Kerri O'neill and I were in it taking bow waves over the bow when all the water in the boat blew out the shaft seal. It started to sink so we yelled for Rhondi Husso Lang to put the trailer in. The school teacher in her came out and she refused because we were screwing around when it began sinking. Someone finally put the trailer in and winched it up the ramp.

Horton talking about doing work has been amusing. Like @MS talking about not drinking beer, @skidawg talking about turning in his guns or @thager talking about not making funny smarta** comments anymore.

Great skier but IMO Dane Mechler looked more like Nates style.

I believe this is very political and there is much more to this than the article states. The local rag newspaper seemed to have some kind of vendetta against him. If the Feds target you, they will get you for something. They have unlimited funding and small case loads. AUSAs sometimes try to make a name for themsleves so they can move on to the private sector and cash in later. Im guessing Chad cannot tell his side of the story to anyone but his attorney. They may want to appeal. I will be praying for Chad and his family.

Look. Its simple. I have two skis that came out of the same mold. One is black and the other is blue. I like the black one better. Blue skis suck, but not enough to to throw them away. Unless.... I find another ski I like better than both.

I have never had to wait long for a practice slalom ride at Okee. They are very efficient with great driving. Last time I got Les Todd and Nate Smith as balast on my practice ride. I go in the morning but not super early.
