FYI - Still couldn't login today so I decided to try setting up a login with Goggle. This worked. I then logged out and was able to login using both my username or email.
iMAC (osx 10.9) was doing fine until today. Can't login to BOS using Safari, but seems ok with Chrome. No error message, just won't allow me to login. No issues with iPhone (iOS 8).
Any long time users of the masterline curves try this years model? Thoughts? My initial impression is that they are well made, but they do not fit the same as the old ones.
@dchristman, I don't recall. It was a very small lake/pond. A few guys were decent skiers, but 1 guy showed up later and skied into 38 off like it was easy. There was a boat house that he had to store his boat. Others dry docked them onsite.
@MAD11 Doesn't Fox Run ski on the river? The place I was thinking of was Wernersville (if I remember correctly). It was a small private pond and you had to know where the dirt road/path was as the pond is tucked in behind farm land. Anyway... can't seem to find it on Google Earth.
While it may be interesting to watch (for a short period of time) how is curling an olympic sport? It requires little to no athletic ability and seems to rank with horse shoes, shuffle board and darts.
@ral ... keep in mind that muscle weighs more than fat. When I start working out, I try to work with lighter weight and do more reps to build lean muscle slowly. Nothing wrong with going heavy at first but it can be mentally tough if your primary goal is to lose weight.
4 years ago I moved from BIG lake to a private ski site. I miss the long never ending free ski runs, foot'n and just hanging out on the boat. Now I chase bouts, stopped foot'n and hang out on the dock. I don't miss the crowds and other lake idiots.
Last bought a Bare baggy a few years ago because I also barefooted at the time. Anyone experience much more difficulty getting up (slalom) in a baggy compared to a hybrid?
There are houses, condos, etc. on Cumberland, mostly near the marinas, but most were a bit more rustic than the wife liked, thus the houseboat was the choice, plus we were free to move to different places of the lake and not tied down to one place.
Lake Cumberland in KY is huge and has a few slalom courses and other large coves to ski in. I'm not sure about renting a house but they do have several marinas that rent houseboats.
Instead of betting, could this be changed to a donation to the tournament, with the proceeds being divided up on the top 3-5 finishers? This has been discussed previously, more inlines with a webcast, but the end result would be the same.
