  1. ED, everytime I have tried ZO at C3 it feels like the boat is hitting on about 5 cylinders. Too soft. Maybe the whole boat is set up wrong.
  2. Nothing has changed, ZO is still too soft for big guys.
  3. Where is the best place to get the wt-50?
  4. Just keep hand driving. You just need cruise if your wife is pulling you.
  5. Go to the chiropractor and get a second opinion before you get a hip replacement. Take care of your hips, the originals are always better than replacements.
  6. Go with Max at skier to skier or Ed at EZ slalom. Both are great.
  7. Scot Jones, Boody's question is about all the great skiers, not a gym musclehead that is learning the course. Even Lucky Lowe, one of the weaker of the great skiers could do 30 one arm chin-ups.Â
  8. Strength man, Back in the day, Chuck Forrest won 10 straight national titles. He has the strength of 10 men, + or - one man.Â
  9. All of the scores for the Malibu Open are out. Was there something hard about that lake? A lot of the scores looked a little low.Â

AB, I feel just the opposite with ZO. It feels to me like the boat is hitting on about four cyllinders. I don't get to ski with ZO very often.  The  last three boats that I skied with ZO were Malibu, Nautique, and Malibu. The first Malibu that I skied was a total dog. Felt like it's engine was a six cyllinder out of a '68 Rambler. The next ZO boat that I skied was a Nautique with 800 hours that had never had a tune-up and it felt like a dog. The last Malibu ZO boat that I skied behind felt horrible and I found out later that the fuel pressure was low and the fuel pump was on it's way out. My boat has PP and I can run 38 backwards on a 2x4 while birdwatching. Needless to say, I haven't had a good impression of ZO.   Â
  11. Hey Scot, Thank you, I know the RLX is still available, I would like to see it as Malibu's promo once again.

AB, The main reasons to ski are for fun, exercise, and to enjoy the outdoors, therefore your boat is not obsolete.  Your boat delivers all of that and more. I ski everyday with an old boat with PP and run 38 while birdwatching and deep 39 on public lake. I quit going to tournaments when ZO was introduced and haven't looked back. ZO and $50,000 ski boats are an absolute joke. I would love to know how many people are out there having fun skiing hard with old boats but not going to tournaments.     Â
  14. When did the LXI drop 200 pounds? It used to be 2800 dry.
  15. Bring back the Response LX...ultimate ski machine and economical.
  16. Sounds like you are too weak to hold the cut at 36. If you are serious about skiing see a chiropractor, PT, or MD.
