  1. 2017 txi will be here in March. Pretty excited. Just ordered my first in tow handle.
  2. @SkiJay So for a left foot forward skier what does pivoting the front foot pinky toe left do to the way it skis? I've always pivoted it a small amount but maybe I should set it straight.
  3. I've been told by a nautique sponsored pro skier to not buy a 2016 with either engine because the ECU on both have quirks to work out. I was told to go with a 15 6.0.
  4. Pro build. But I had the same fin on my 16. So those worked well for both.
  5. @horton I guess it's not plastic/vinyl. It just looked that way to me. I only had that ski for a few weeks before I moved on to the 17 pro build. Sorry for the mid information.
  6. Those settings are what I posted a while back. I've passed them on to several people and they all love Trents numbers.
  7. Why are they using a switch on the pylon like Perfect pass?
  8. New fin will come with the aluminum more skeletal fin block vs the plastic rounded top fin block.
  9. My 2016 came with the new fin. It measures the same as the pro build fin. My guess is that if you have the new fin clamp, it prob has the new fin. All speculation. That said my pro build feels just like My 16 vapor. Incredible ski!
  10. Private message me and I'll email pics of the boat.
  11. I haven't officially put it up for sale but Yes. I will sell it. Matt
  12. This was Dave's boat. It is an incredible looking boat on the water and drives and skis awesome. I'm looking at getting into the promo program so I thought I'd throw this up for sale and see what happened. I'll be putting it on SIA once I get more pics. Matt
  13. 2014 SN 200 OB 230 hours Loaded Team edition 5.7 coastal edition so it has closed cooling. No salt water ever. $46,500
  14. This may be a stupid question but are there rules where the pylon has to be in relation to the boat? Having a flat engine and no motor box is not an advantage if the pylon still has to be by the driver. Granted open water tubing and the sort could be done on a rear pylon but most of us on here wouldn't use it and pull the rear seats out anyway.
  15. My wife's orange vapor and my carbitex boots had the stiff piece. They both come out easily from the top. Part of the plastic sticks up and you can pull it out.
  16. No problem @DanE I was on Rossi settings and loved the ski. Changed to the deep settings and just became more consistent. Ski doesn't seem to dive in as hard as on shallower settings. @ob1 you need to try them and let us know what you think.
  17. @DanE Yes same for both skis. Just different boots 67" 29.5 68" 29 3/4
  18. FYI. I just weighed the green vapor and the new carbitex vapor boot and they weigh exactly the same. I feel like the carbitex is stiffer. Very nice boot!
  19. .755 boots forward to 30 3/8 Length and depth is good. I'm currently running 68" 2.508 6.855 .755 29 3/4 67 in is 29.5 9 degrees. These are from a radar pro and I love them. Just as fast. But you can push the ski more because it's even more stable.
  20. Getting off of the crack is only a one step program. 1. Get on a new Vapor. I've converted several people this season.
  21. I used a dremel and then a file to finish it off. Turned out great.
  22. You won't be disappointed @ob1 Mikrojust is incredible.
  23. I just upgraded from the green vapors to the new carbitex boots. Much stiffer however I'm not sure if it's because they are just new. I took the stiffeners out. It took a couple passes to get used to. The connection to the ski is much better. They feel lighter which is nice. I've been meaning to weigh both to actually see difference. Very pleased!
  24. @setho I am 220lbs and the 68 is perfect for me. Keep setting pb's on this ski and it is so fun to ride. Let me know if your interested in my 68. You'll have no problem selling yours because of how popular this ski has been.
  25. If your interested, I'll have a 68 for sale in a few days. My pro build will be here Friday. Matt
