    Thanks @Bill22 it has metal flake in every place Mastercraft would allow, including the bow and bow cover.

    For a public lake skier like myself, this will be much easier than maintaining our seadoo race course and making repairs weekly.

    I'm with @Rednucleus. Mid eights are as warm as our lake gets mid summer. I just bought the Stokes suit this year and its by far the best suit I've owned to date.

    @tru-jack I'm in a similar position as yourself. The family likes to ski but my son also likes to surf. You need a skiing neighbor with a surf boat. I take him skiing and he takes my son surfing. Win win!

    Dacon62 is spot on. We have a buddy with a 2013 VTX with the diamond hull and center pylon. It doesn't ski like a DD but its probably the best Vdrive ski boat I've skied behind.

    My brother and I both bought Stokes suits this year and Thomas did recommend a tighter fit than I would usually go with, but once wet it was perfect. Great products and customer service!

    Skier2788 - shoot me a note if you're still after a wakeye. I have one that I used one time and has been sitting in my closet since. Still have the box as well.

    Do it. I went from a concept to a new Strada years ago, then to a new vapor in 16 and now to a 2020 vapor. Even open water free skiing is more enjoyable when you can advance and go harder than you could on your previous ski. It sounds like you have advanced and may need to upgrade to advance further.     My boat build showed it the same as your top photo, however I do prefer the bottom style better. I hope that's how the colors work when it arrives.

    Australia pricing is similar to Canada and its the exchange on the dollar that has the biggest impact. A fairly loaded 2021 prostar is $125 to $130K in Canada
