    Order the one that fits. I lost 1 on the bottom of the lake trying to figure out where I wanted placement. I ended up ordering one from Bennetts. It will save time and money in the long run. Jeff Lindsey

    Thanks for asking. We all survived our worst flood ever. Lakes and all of us are here. All the neighbors helped each other clean up and we are just waiting for the water to go down so we can ski.     This Promo boat is for sell way below market for $41,500. I have been actively trying to sell it since Jan. Getting in a bind on a 2015. It has 290 hours. I parked it 3 weeks ago. Pictures are from February. The boat is in excellent shape. Is the market this soft? Too many hours? Any suggestions.     I have heard what Shane says also. Skied years with a promo guy that was put the plugs in and run it never any issues. I personally have always done a break in procedure. Since I moved to a ski pond I do the break in steps Scott outlined above. We have 2 connected lakes that we can run circles in. Put it in it the lake and go in a loops at the various RPM levels the Mfg. suggested. Still have my 14 TXI reduced to $41,500. 290 hrs. It is on SIA at 42,500 Awesome boat warranty transfer never been titled. Jeff Lindsey

    I have used multiple shippers, you are getting real good advice on choosing a shipper. Most important to me if the dealer has the availability to shrink wrap the boat. Its worth the money. I keep a Malibu shrink wrap from the factory at all times. That way if I have to ship a boat, I have a shrink wrap. I had a cover come off on one of my boats I shipped. Learned a lesson.     Jack D in Columbia MO used to put on a great Handicap tournament it ended with a head to head for 3rd round. At SMRR we did 1 point if you skied 2 points if you skied your ranking average 3 points if you bettered your ave. If you had no ave your 1st score was your ave. Team Event.

    Ham, Some great Ideas. We have jumped both directions in a tournament. (for bonus points in our team event) If you do not ride out jump 2 NO JUMP 3 FOR YOU!! I think 4 pass limit in slalom. Top 10 go to a Final. Tricks eliminate timing...most tricks down and back allow 1 fall. You fall going down they pick you up keep tricking the same direction. Just trying to think outside the box.     SMRR has lots still open. Well within the price your looking. Great active ski commumnity. Less than an hour to Austin and San antonio. If you come down and we will get you a tour and a ski ride. Jeff Lindsey

    There is a lot of skiing in the area N of San Antonio. SMRR is about 45 min Zorn or Guadalupe Ski Plex is about the same distance. I would check out Capital Area Water Skiers. Todd you could chime in on what CASS has going on. Last year all the sites in the area hosted ski nights. Touch base with me when you get down and come take a set at SMRR with me. We will help you get acclimated to what's happening in Central TX. Jeff Lindsey

    I second what Jim said. Taxes paid in the state registered. Jim that was the only way I could get him home was to pay to have the boat and car detailed. He needed Christmas money.

    @swc5150 the warranty would transfer. There is an inspection done by the dealer that I had done for @MrJones last year. It verifies the condition of the boat and engine for the warranty. My son Drew is home this week doing a full showroom detail on the boat. I am real motivated to move this one. Negotiable. Thanks Brad for giving more info. I have not been on BOS since Drew got home. Water was 68 air low 70s over the weekend. Got a little skiing in. This boat is the best TXI I have had. Drives great. Just call me for more information. 512-557-9258 Jeff Lindsey

    I still have my 14. @MrJones bought my 13. Equipped the same 261 hours priced under what I have in it. Great driving boat. Never titled. Boat was used for slalom at 14 nationals. For more info it is on ski-it-again. Vapor, Black and White. It is a Promo but it is listed in the reg boat section. Jeff Lindsey

    Back when I skied at Lake Freddie in MO. We used to sand the surface and gel coat. It worked well. At SMRR we did not have a problem with wax running but by adding more carnauba to the wax our jump wax gets white and flakey. Ugly but still fine. My 2cents Jeff Lindsey
