Tgas and Chelsea won over Nicholas Benatti and Sam Dumala
Great finals

I had my 75 set up in 3 sets with a bit of help from Mr Cord. Haven’t looked back.

I’ve got a Record flex C75 after having a proto C75 before the 19 C75 was released, I loved the proto and the Record Flex is a lot better again. Hard to imagine the 85 being better than that.
Look forward to watching this thread..

I swap between 34 and 36 quite often and agree with @Bruce_Butterfield
My tournament and practice pb’s are both 5 buoys different between 34 and 36.

I skied a 16 Model Vapor Lithium for a couple of months two years ago as I had heard it was one of the better years for that ski. It was fine but when i got back on the D3 Helix H1 I realised the D3 did it better.

Mainly hip mobility stretches and a bit of hanging/leg raises to get the core warmed up.

@BCM Thanks,

McCormicks is close and really good.

I’ve just swapped over to another Iphone and now my Wakeye wont playback video. I can still see them all but if I open one and attempt to play it’s a black screen, sound is still there. Any tips?
Thanks in advance.

Condolences Mitch, your Mum and the whole Ross family. I only chatted with Jim online about Denalis but even there you could tell he was a great guy.

Raising a glass ?.

Very enjoyable interview.

If you are not all about slalom courses what about a Camero Legend, nice well built boats and would get a decent one for 30 ish.

@Wayne
Second the Hrtp. Much smoother transition than rtp.

Agree with the above comments and have always thought any D3 model you can get on and ski well with stock settings.
I quite like owning calipers and Denalis though.

Lots of good sets at Mccormicks. Good memories of the crew there too. ?
-
Rip Eddie. Always been keen on VH too. We don’t play music in the boat often but tomorrow sounds a good time to start.

2012-15 Txi hull for me. 196’s are great but too different to what you will get at a tournament. That’s from a skier and drivers perspective. Love driving 200’s but not the wakes/wash so much.

@VONMAN
I modified my radar plate and binding to give me a range from 27.75 through to over 29.25. And 29.25 is where I’m happiest. (Last years ski)

Lff and years of tight hips, psoas etc. I do a couple of minutes of stretching before every set and been to plenty of chiros and remedial massage people. Hanging from overhead objects seem very effective for
Me and this year have started having a special coffee blend with turmeric/black pepper mct. It’s not responsible for fixing everything but I do believe the turmeric is helping significantly. Wish I’d started hanging off everything and turmeric years earlier.

I’ve been recommended to get a large at 190 and 34mph.

@9400, pretty crazy numbers but I guess your ski buddy makes the suggestions. What size and flex is yours? Milford is very close to my weight and I also ride a large but want to order a Medium Record.

Skied with a Cti brace for probably 2 years after an Acl Recon. 3 months after was too soon but from 4 months on I managed.

@AdamCord
Thanks for you recent advice for our current cold water. It certainly helped. The only thing I notice here is you suggesting less wing? I thought with cold water having more drag that cold would require less wing and warmer water would be more angle?

Great job Matteo. Really enjoyed Freddy and was pretty cool meeting and seeing him ski in our part of the World just after Moomba.
Keep up the good work ?

These last two posts make a lot of sense and happy to say I’ve been feeling similar effects after reading through all these great technical posts combined with a C75 that I’m very happy to be on..
