  1. I'm left to wonder just how close the rear boot toe can be place to the back of this binding? For those who prefer little or no separation, it looks like there will be considerable separation. This is particularly important when considering ankle distance apart for those with larger size feet. Also how important is it to match a rear boot with the same release tendencies as the front? Thanks for comments.
  2. The short answer is it neither helps nor hurts. Reducing light available for photosynthesis (dye) will help. Cyanobacteria use CO2 and fix N from the atmosphere and in the process of photosynthesis produce O2. Check out the site below. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cyanobacteria
  3. So the formula is BI = combined water and air x .625 ?
  4. That is one beautiful boat. Anything different to talk about? I am bias as the promo person for the CP. It was a very successful tournament season for the skiers and the CP in the Phoenix area. Lots of PB's and a couple of site records. I have owned 5 MasterCrafts, all great boats. The CP is a slalom machine.
  5. The reduction of hydrocarbon emissions is only regional unless solar power supplies the recharge. The units of energy, most likely generated by a carbon source, to move the boat, are simple produced somewhere else. Including line drop to transmit this power it is likely that the carbon foot print increases with the use of electric power.
  6. When ever you are ready. Boat driver says here we go.
  7. Just took delivery of a 2016 Promo 6 L . 4 hours, will be ready for delivery in the spring. Black Metal flake and sharp white in the water. Haven't posted it yet on Ski-it Again.
  8. I have a 2016 Carbon Pro promo boat that will be appearing in tournaments around the Pheniox area. 6.0 409 hp. I am very excited promote Centurion and show case this beauty. It will be available next spring. Pictures to follow.
  9. 2 @ -35 +Sixty four going for more. :)
  10. Does anyone know where one can view the results from this tournament. I have searched the USA site with no luck. I must be missing something. Thank you in advance.
  11. Has anyone tried positioning the Solo Shot on the shore and capturing a slalom skier passing? Also would be interested to know if there has been testing since June 2015? Thanks.
  12. Skied all winter, makes one appreciate it when the water starts to warm.
  13. Thank you Texas6 this helps. And thanks all for the comments. I'm just going to keep skiing, and enjoying every moment of the experience.
  14. Should I try heat molding the liner, or will this simply make the binding feel larger? Now it is very comfortable as one could well imagine. I do appreciate the comments and do like the binding, my skiing has not suffered, but I can't help but wonder if the binding was a bit tighter, would my ski control even be better.
  15. Yesterday I noticed that my front foot actually slides forward in the boot. I can kick it back between passes, but one would think if the foot is sliding forward it changes the foot from the tail measurment? My foot slides in very easily both front and back.
  16. I too have moved from an amimal binding based very tight, from my snow skiing experiences, to double Vapors. My shoe size is 11 and everyone recommended 12 for the Vapors. Initially I was blown away by how lose they feel. Now I have adjusted. My question is why doesn't Radar simply re-number the sizes? They are great bindings BTW. Thank you Radar.
  17. Skoot1123 We are about to build a new lake in Arizona and are wanting to install a retractable slalom course. I have been looking at your design here in the forum and now wonder how it is working for you. Any comments are appreciated.
  18. I have brushed my ribs when a rope broke. Any thoughts on recovery? Should I keep skiing even though I can feel the ribs moving, popping in my chest. They will move but I don't feel super pain. Thanks for any comments.
  19. If the skies are made to order for the individual skier and can be made in 72 hours how can there be a batch of skies and how can they be sold out. Maybe I read the ad wrong. It seemed like the ski was only produced when one ordered it? This is a very good idea and could be the future of skiing. Congratulations. Exciting news.
  20. I am setting up a new computer and need the ski site link for Google Earth. I know there have been many references to this, but they now seem to be closed files. Thank you for any help.
