Does anyone have an idea of any ski lake homes for sale in Tx, I have used ski it again and Zillow, but occasionally find one listed with neither of those web sites. It seems pretty hit and miss since on my searches.

@Bruce_Butterfield probably Dallas/FW or San Antonio/Austin

@ab I don't think everyone posts on ski it again. I wish they would, it would make it a lot easier finding places. But I check daily anyway.

Nowhere if my house never sells. I'm going back to CA if it does. Someone must want this at a decent price. I have 400k in it...... Beginning to think might not ever happen. Its the hardest thing I've ever tried to sell. I won't just give it away for 250.

@jipster43 we had some good rains, actually some flooding this past fall in th Austin area. All the private lakes in the area are full. Some of the larger public lakes are still very low in the area, rain didn't fall in the right places for them.

SMRR and has river water rights and should never have a problem. I think Aquaplex had done pretty well with water level until the last few years. Mark can atest to that much better than I can.

We lowered Princeton Lakes for some shoreline maintenance over the winter, but water level is never an issue here. When it gets low we turn on the well pump. Several homes sold recently, but there are still a few homes listed for ~$350 - 800K. Or buy a lot and build your own! Great community with lots of really talented skiers (that I try to learn from), including 2 big dawg competitors and several past national champs.

Prices are crazy low in USA... For 400k you can buy a dream house in a private lake 40 mins from downtown Dallas...

I know this is an older post but I am a Real estate agent in Granbury. Not only do I live in the Lakes at Timber Cove but I have a few available properties and lots.
