Well, my kids have finally decided that trick skiing looks like a lot of fun(of course). They found my old trick skis in the basement and want to start doing 360's and side slides. The skis are in decent shape but the bindings are holding on by a thread. I figure I can cut out some new binding pieces if I can find a source for sheet rubber. Anyone do this before and have an idea about what to buy and thickness?

Thanks

Wiley's is a great idea. I will check with them. I should have thought about Grainger as they seem to always have what I need for a project. The only problem with them is that I am unsure about which sheeting to buy. There are tons of thicknesses and different compositions. Wiley's are the experts in bindings and will know exactly what to get.

I was also thinking of updating the bindings. Seems like a shame not keeping the skis semi original but I do remember those bindings offering next to no support.

Thoughts on these Obrien bindings?
