You pretty much have to look everywhere. SIA is the best IMO but great boats exist other places as well.

I look at almost all of them especially SIA but I must say that every boat I've bought and sold has been from craigslist.

SIA is nice to compare all the good used promo boats. That's how I sold the last MC. Side note - it's amazing the number of poorly designed color schemes out there, makes you wonder what people were thinking.

In the last 2 months, I found my current boat and sold my previous boat through craigslist.

 

Current: 03 SN 196; previous 93 MC ProStar 190.

 

We were looking at all of those sites listed.

I had the MC listed on craigslist, SIA, and MC teamtalk.

Craigslist- I had 4 people contact me; SIA - 1 response; teamtalk - 0 responses.

The MC sold in 30 days. Purchaser lived 650 miles away; The SN we found was 180 miles away.

Ski It Again is an awesome sight. Unfortunately if I switch boats again my wife tells me I may have to put out a personal ad on craigslist. " This is the one honey....our forever boat, I promise" isn't working anymore.

The other option is to take the boat to a friends house (aka the shop) to be fixed for a few days several times a year. Deposit $1000 into a random account. After a few trips of that and a few years, you'll have a stash of extra money to help pay for the next boat and lots of repair bills to help justify a new boat to the wife.....the extra money may also help with the divorce. haha

This is not necessarily a well structured poll question; so, my answer is based on the 1st place I look. In reality I do a very thorough search on all sites and through my network of industry and promo contacts.
