(water 32; air 8) It's actually not quite as bad as I expected, because there is low wind and it really is sunny. Later today could be true "hide inside" time, though. Why would anyone think they could drive out on the lakes this year in the poor condition that they are in? Most in S. Mn had barely an inch of ice before the snows that made for slush on top as the weight pushed it down.
