When was the last time you read the Rule Book?

From reading through a number of other threads it seems a lot of people are not up to date with current rules AND just found the IWSF 2019 Rule book was released yesterday

As a basketball official I read and reference the IAABO rule book throughout the year. As a waterski enthusiast I rely on USAWS's published changes and tourney officials for the rule information.

I voted 0-6 months, but I didn't read it cover to cover.

I read it numerous times last year preparing for my Senior Judge test. I read the 2019 changes a few weeks ago.

To be clear it has been years since I read it cover-to-cover but I do certainly look at it more than every 6 months

What's as important as reading it is how it's interpreted. I personally think the AWSA rule book is less prone to ambiguity than the IWWF rule book but they both have some level of interpretation involved. So, while it's important to keep up to date and read/reference as necessary, attending a judges clinic where some of the ambiguity can be debated is also very important.
