Shore Commander Motor

I was hoping maybe someone out there is still using a Shore commander lift motor. I have to replace my Leeson motor but i cant find any wiring info. Just under the square plate on the motor housing are the Three wires coming from the shore commander unit. They are each attached to 2 yellow wires. Mine are missing the little tags. Someone had spliced it all together in the past. If anyone could shoot a pic of the inside of the little sqaure box i would really appreciate it. Thanks!

Is yours a DC or AC lift motor?

 

Some of the AC models are actually 3 phase motors (yours sounds like this) where each of the wires from the controller feed 2 separate motor windings and depending on how you wire these you are setting the motor for a different voltage and then the control box is basically a Variable Frequency Driver (would sort of hum when its running)
