That ski changes directions by more than 45 degrees a few times between the ball and the first wake. The worst slalom equipment I own is between my ears. I never thought it was possible to recover from rope under the ski. Very impressive for a girl! I watched her in person run 39 with a 25 mph tailwind while backsiding in Atlanta a few years ago. She and I happened to both be warming up on the dock at the same time. What immediately struck me was how so incredibly strong her core was. Her ability to get her hips back to the handle by CL after that one-ball is perhaps the best demonstration of core strength and what it can do for you I've ever seen in this sport.
