Thibaut Dailland is also a well-known ski lake realtor and a top 3-eventer to boot. Good luck on the search, kinda jealous! For the Orlando area, Drew and the LaPoint team alway come up among skiers. I'm also looking in Winter Haven. The skier/realtor there is David Small. Are you leaving Lake Weir? We have a horse farm in Reddick, which is a 1 hour + drive to Lake Weir each way hauling our boat, 5x weekly weather permitting (which hasn't been often so far this year!). We would love to find a suitable place on Lake Weir, but there is practically nothing decent for sale at the moment. I would actually expect that if we were to buy now, within maybe 2 years we would see the value of the property drop significantly. So the only way it would make sense to buy something now would be if we were sure we would stay there for the long term. @Wish wow! We're not quite seeing that in our immediate area.
