@lefty That error can also be from the check valve at the back of the motor, an air bubble gets caught and water can't flow and the motor starts to creep up in temperature, but usually under power the bubble gets cleared and you can watch the temp fall instantly. It was a known issue on the 6.0L 2020 Prostars. The plastic check valve from the factory weren't very good and you can buy an aftermarket brass one. Might be worth checking at least and making sure the clamps are tight. Hope this helps.

Her gate is really really good, the only thing I would change is the shoulders facing down course. As a righty The shoulders should be open to the boat since that's where they'll be anyway; its more natural and makes it easier to make that first move. With your shoulder closed off it takes longer to initiate the turn in. The more important thing is where your right hip is, it should be driving up and facing down course which she does really well.

I 100% trust Corey, I’ve been to his site multiple times and he babies his boats. I would definitely reach out and talk to him and see where he’s at.

@C5Quest He’s right outside of Austin at San Marcos river ranch that’s where he mainly coaches out of, but he does travel for coaching as well.

@Mastercrafter As of now you have to go to the actual 2024 Radar Vapor ski page itself and the fin settings are listed down the page. I’m sure when the rest of our line is released they will be posted on the main fin settings page. I attached a photo below of them.

@jjackkrashYeah that's right not a typo. The bindings are run in different places for each setup since the fin is in a much different spot on the ski. Yes the measurement is still to the base of the heel of the boot that's right.

@Horton The last time I went to Nationals at Okeeheelee the practice lake ran all day everyday and the boats were changed randomly. I skied behind a 200 and that boat pulled most of that day I got a set. So it just depends on what boat is in the day you want a practice ride. Sometimes practice can be sponsored by a boat manufacturer like it was in Texas where Bennetts provided the boats and they were all MCs.

Definitely learned a lot from other skiers on what to carry. Analog caliper, wing gauges, allen wrench, 2 of each angle for wing gauges, extra screws, inserts, set screws, lace, fin blade & wings. Fin whacker, ski notebook, mini pilers, tape measure, screwdriver, pencil & pen.

The simple phrase that explains a lot is bindings forward locks the tail and bindings back lets the tail slide. That adjustment really depicts the path of the ski and how much tip and tail are in the water from centerline out to buoy. The more the tail is locked the ski will feel like its more on a rail and might feel stuck at the finish of the turn, because the tail of your ski is smearing less. With more tail slide the tail is free and smearing more, but too much the ski can overturn. its finding that happy medium of freedom from centerline out to apex, but also grip at the finish of the turn..

@Windsurfnut Idk what size you're on, but I would start with stock short/deep on vapor and then make adjustments from there if need be.

Before moving your fin, I would definitely play around with where you're standing on the ski and focus on your outbound direction and making sure you're moving out as best as possible, if you do those two things everything will start to fall into place. since we're more open going into our onside its easier to make adjustments.

@gmut Nice!!! yeah we’ve found that those numbers work much better when setting up senate pros! I’m pretty confident on T factors you measure from the heel rubber not the plastic trim. Edit: I just checked their website to be sure and that is correct it is heel rubber.

Don Pedro lake waterski Club Looks like the course sits on one of the fingers called Hatch Creek arm. It is on the Don Pedro lake map so it definitely seems very active.

That is extremely sad. Grew up skiing on that very lake with friends and family, a lot of Firsts and lots of PBs set there.
