  1. @Wish They are 7 hours ahead of EDT. Figure 6 minutes per skier and boom you get the appropriate start time.
  2. Because they’re in Europe? No dinero for them.
  3. @Andre Perhaps because it’s a livestream. Spain is 6 hours ahead of EST. I watched it live early this morning. The slalom will commence at 3 AM EST tomorrow. This broadcast isn’t archived.
  4. Autocorrect should have been botaski.com
  5. @Horton Actually I accessed the live stream this morning by going to botanical.com and clicking on the pro/am link. That took me to the link I provided and I watched the men a women’s trick event. Sorry it didn’t work for you.
  6. cdn3.wowza.com live streamed but don’t expect twbc quality.
  7. @jcamp Her mother started on a knee arc at 4, couldn’t get her off it. Finally started skiing at 7, went to slalom in 3 days because “I hate 2 skis”. I’m predicting Emma will rapidly progress.
  8. You’re doing a great job!
  9. Got a pair of kids trainers from my next door neighbor. Grand daughter is 4 so it’s time to indoctrinate her. No tubes at my house!
  10. Have you considered replacing the battery cables with a larger gauge? It would seem like a more permanent solution.
  11. I agree, I’ve got two but one is almost unusable after dozens of crashes. Unbelievable resilience to soaking up water and light as a feather.

@disland Because that’s the way it’s always been. Very reluctant to make any changes. Be grateful that Dano isn’t announcing waterski events. My video feed was dropping on Sunday and I had to reload, not as bad as previous years though.
  13. @TonyLightfoot TWBC is the gold standard in water sports broadcasting, you are light years ahead of your competition.
  14. @6balls I live on an 18,000 acre mountain reservoir and we get frequent high winds, particularly at certain times. One of my friends has 2 boats on adjacent docks both with touchless boat covers, these are floating docks with mooring poles. His docks are also in 30+ feet of water at full pool (which is most of the time). Twice now his mooring poles (long aluminum heavy duty) have sheared off due to heavy winds. For this reason when the winds are high he raises the covers to keep the poles from breaking. After he paid $120k for a new Nautique in 2019 he went first class as he wanted the best solution. His other boat is a Chris Craft twin engine I/O retro cruiser. He reports no problems with the covers at all. Easy up/down in less than 2 minutes, also has HydroHoist boat lifts as do I.
  15. Try touchlessboatcover.com several friends have them, they aren’t cheap but go up and down in less than 2 minutes. Ballpark price around $8k I believe. I don’t have one but if I buy a new boat I’ll get one.
  16. @coach3 I did, I went from a Radar vector front/back to a Radar Profile front and HRT back. After a couple of sets I was back to previous scores. Much better feel and performance.
  17. @Jaypro Sure, after I get the boat cleaned up for the season
  18. I had a 93 Ski Ray, 17 ft inboard. Great for a first inboard. They made a 21 foot inboard also and an outboard.
  19. Sweet looking boat @rico !
  20. No driver required. Being in the beautiful mountains, fresh air, spectacular scenery. I love it. Heading to Dillon, CO for 6 weeks in January.
  21. @UWSkier You got that right. It’s ham.
