Yeh I am just wondering why they even sent the letter. I am not a USA waterski member and have skied no tournaments. I have no rankings. Therefore how am I even qualified to ski even if I did sign up and ski regional (which I am probably not qualified for)?

Got an email from USA waterski yesterday. I qualified for nationals based on my ranking. Except I haven't been a USA waterski member for almost 10 years and haven't skied a tournament since then. Anyone else get anything similar? Maybe this is USA waterski's goal of trying to get back old members...

I got my Reflex a few years ago from Miami Nautique. It was the cheapest around.

Maybe Goode can create a bubble decoy. Swerve around your favorite mallard and no pain if you hit it?

@Jdubs Ask and you shall receive. Soap Buddy I just actually tried buying a product and it wouldn't work so maybe he stopped making it. Worth calling the number. If you still have it you can probably find a replacement suction cup or bottle to hold your soap or basically just make something the same. Pat the creator was a member of the waterski club growing up. My dad still uses his pocket Buddy to keep his cell/wedding ring easily accessible without taking up a cup holder or reaching across to the glove box.

@santangelo thanks for your support in this. I am not much of an App person except for the main 5-10 I use daily but this is something I am looking forward to.

@shyskier Yep I just pulled the axle this afternoon and will order a new one first thing Monday.

I can't help you with the parts but can I borrow his trailer while he gets his boat working? I have a broken axle on my 02 196 trailer but my boat works just great! Anybody have any leads on a trailer for a TSC 2 196 hull?

Yep agree with @wish to have a log that would be ideal. I don't bring a computer out to the lake and everything paper ends up getting wet. The slider was a bit annoying when I was putting my current specs in because they were so far off from stock and it took a little while to realize that it would reset after I adjusted it but after the second measurement it was easy enough. Typing in the specific numbers would work as well. Is it possible to change the name of a ski you have saved? I made two entries for my ski as I am playing with Long/Shallow and Short/Deep settings. I would prefer to keep them separate and named appropriately but didn't do that the first time.

Beam is 95" according to the nautique website. I dont think think the wheel wells on any trailer would be less than 5" on each side. But maybe Ramlin could confirm.

@Horton do you have a color combination that you can share or are you keeping it a secret?

@tjm yeh I have an older Connelly Prophecy so I just selected the GT and renamed it like Wish did.

@santangelo correct Leading Edge (LE) is something that could be automatically calculated. Its basically the measurement of the front leading edge of the fin which is calculated with the entire length of the fin and the DFT. After reading Fin Wispering @SkiJay talks about making a LE neutral change by moving the Length by the equal and opposite amount of a DFT measurement which effectively keeps the leading edge of the fin in the exact same spot.

Thanks @santangelo Just downloaded it for IOS. Is this something you can also add a LE calculation where it automatically adds DFT to FL? The only immediate feedback I have is adjusting the settings is a little hard on the app and took me a while to realize that you might have to move the sliding bar a few times to get it on.
