  1. Good choice! Have both of 'em as well. Currently using the 515 on our 2010 Response with the 330 LCR. (307 ft above sea level)
  2. Yeah, hard to beat these two and definitely a must go if you're in the area!
  3. I like the idea of having spare parts and be prepared, but you would have to ask yourself the question - how common is a puck failure. My 2 puck system is running fine since 2010 (550 hours of use). Never had a problem with ZO or it's Garmin pucks. So in my opinion - overkill.
  4. TGas Ski School (Thomas Degasperi) in Windermere, SkiFluid (Kyle Eade) in Polk City, Active Skiing (Thomas Asher) in Haines City, MC Skis Training Center (Boris Laval) in Clermont, ...
  5. Sharpest looking ski for me - the Fischer #1 Blue - I still regret that I sold that piece of high end craftsmanship!
  6. Same here. I'm lucky enough, my wife and I have a decent combined household income, probably well above average which allows us to live on a lake and ski behind our own tug. But buying a new boat is so out of reach with today's prices. It's just ridiculous. But we can brag about prices all day long, they still will go up and boats will still sale. I don't get it either. Seems like I will (have to) stick with my 2010 Response for quite a while.
  7. Yep today is a bit nasty, but the cold front should be over in a few days. Water still in the 70's. You gotta love Florida!
  8. You got a point @Orlando76 ! I was holding my breath when the boat picked up Karen after she fell around two ball in total darkness. The driver almost backed into her, I don't want to imagine what could have happened if she hadn't been that quick, jumping on the platform!
  9. Thanks @wolfgang for my first dislike! Even though I'm not sure what there is to disagree with my posting above.
  10. @Orlando76 It had been probably your "horse crap" comment that earned you the dislikes. You had been right, the far side of the course had been in pitch darkness, but that slalom event was more a crowd pleaser than anything else. So I thought it was nice - as well as the fantastic tricking of the youngsters! And keep in mind - KOD was all about jumping. In our sport there are so few good organized events, that this one definitely stood out!
  11. Definitely one of the better organized waterski events here in central Florida! Loved it! Wish they had a few more vendors though.
