  1. Just a suggestion. Helped me . Not perfect but leaning away with straight arms using the pro lock gloves transfers the pull to shoulders. Keeps me from using biceps. Recovery time is key as well.
  2. 1. Straight arms….if you think they are straight be straighter 2. Clincher style gloves
  3. I have a like new 2020 Radars vapor pro 66” he might like. ?
  4. Only adjustable forward and aft one hole. You’ll have to buy the fully adjustable fin from Radar or Performance Ski and Surf https://radarskis.com/products/pro-comp-adjustable-fin-system
  5. @ColeGiacopuzzi Thanks Cole. I’ll give them a whirl later this week. What did you like about these new settings?
  6. Anyone experimenting with other than stock numbers? Bf other than stock?
  7. Love my 22. Also cant wait to put the 22 vapor boot on.
  8. Personally liked the 2019 shape better than 21
  9. My Wiley rear boots is worn out and was becoming very loose. I put on a radar boa HRT tonight and skied well. Was a little concerned as I was waiting to get pulled up my heel was fairly loose. But it skied well and didn’t have an issue . I’m a size 9 and would fit better somewhere between a small and the standard size. The Wiley and a standard rear toe plate have me flat on the ski. The Radar HRT has some padding and adds some height. I think it helped me keep my weight forward as my offside improved some. Will take a few more sets to make that call. I moved the HRT forward on the metal plate and cut off the excess foam pad to get closer to my reflex front boot. Only down side was now I slide the reflex boot in at an angle to get under the release mechanism. With the HRT closer to the front the release doesn’t freely fall back enough to put the front boot in from the straight down position.
  10. @aupatking Hows that HO RTP working out?
  11. Anyone experimenting with other settings. I’m still running stock but may move Bf a hair forward. Onside good. Off side has sucked lately but that’s been me getting in the tail mostly. This ski is something else.
  12. I guess I’ll have to hit up Perf Ski on one of my Orlando layovers to try the sizes.
  13. Skied today and made a couple tweaks. Finally got my gate glide figured out and back up to speed. Getting a good pull and letting it run slightly longer than I did with the 2021 with more angle on the turn it as opposed to slower turn it. Super early and loving the 22. Might try Cole G’s numbers next. @ColeGiacopuzzi how’s the ski with DFT at .761?
  14. I’ve had about 5 sets on my 2021. Still trying figure it out. Still run my average every set (about 3-4 @-32/34mph). It’s fast and smooth and offside great when I’m forward. I’m having a tough time with a clean smooth glide before the gates. It wants to slow more quickly than my 20/21. If I so much as go flat for a second it gets twitchy and I get hit in the face with spray. Still trying to get a smooth turn in and go. It wants to be on angle at all times. Once it rolls over it takes off. In the course it’s solid and recovers quickly if u get out of wack. Holds angle really well and when I get in the right position I’m earlier than I’ve ever been. On pull out at end of course I always try to stand tall and glide until sink. Is slows quickly and doesn’t feel anything like my 21 where I had to purposefully lean back and slow before running out of pond. Running stock 66 settings and will stay there for a while. It’s definitely worth a demo if you can. Very different feel from other Radars. I may try the 65 Senate Pro next.
  15. Which foot and which boot? I have a few I’m trying to get rid off
  16. How’s the sizing run on the new boots. Usually a 9 but with the current vapor boot had to go to a size 10. Same apply to the new boots?
  17. Saaweeet can’t wait So the million dollar question now is with a slanted heal like that where do you measure Bf from??
  18. Just the word I got from someone in the know. Didn’t get all the details. As I’ve mentioned before, there are a couple pros using the set up already. Look hard at the start dock vids of this year’s tournaments. So I guess it’s already proven to work. Use at own risk and wrap yourself with a warning label.

  20. @Horton ….Actually that’s the word I just got. Can be used with reflex but they can’t promote due to liability . If u look hard you will see a couple pros running though Found my pics but after being told that I will not post them
  21. Hey @Horton can you do a follow up video with the front boot on a reflex plate with the release mechanism? I’ll have to dig through my stash of super secret pics to find the ones I have. I think skiers here will really want to see that option set up. Also how easy is it to release from the rear with the top half of shell removed?
