  1. @clausy Sorry to hear about your injuries. Looks like light is at the end of the tunnel for you. If you've been diligent with your therapy and regaining strength/range of motion.....you should be ready to get back on the water real soon. I had my surgery in December '15 and was skiing mid to late June '16. I wasn't doing anything crazy but it was great to get back on the water and gradually build up my confidence over the next several weeks. It's been over 5 years since I've had my surgery and don't have any negative effects from the surgery (knock on wood, ha). Good luck on your continued recovery and getting back on the water!
  2. @APB I couldn't agree more. I have numerous masterline products, but this is a big turnoff. I will be looking to S Lines and other companies for my next purchases.
  3. Why are masterline employees getting so defensive about these S Lines?
  4. You gave ballers first chance at $16,500, which I thought was cool. I'm surprised there were no takers. I'm glad you're getting more for it, but also think it was awesome to offer it at a discounted rate to this community. Props to you.
  5. @buechsr Are you asking the highest of water ski professionals, that get paid pennies on the dollar for their talent, to take more out of their paychecks? Or did I misread your suggestion farther up the page?
  6. They'll just start building wake barges that are 20 feet long.....
  7. It was great to see Whitney knock down that 10.75. Congratulations!
  8. I'm back and forth on a D3 NRG R1 and Denali C75. I'm getting more comfortable on the Denali. It's a great ski. I also really like the NRG R1. It's a forgiving and predictable ski.
  9. Pretty nice to see some people on here that can see the positives/negatives with electric modes of transportation as well as positives/negatives with gas forms of transportation (land, air, and sea). Neither one is going away in anybody's lifetime on this forum. Embrace the positives of each, and be open minded to innovations, of both electric and gas, without getting bogged down with the politics and drama.
  10. I'm sure Horton was deleting comments left and right just to avoid spoiling the fun.....
  11. @503Kento It was a buddy of mine. He got his bell rung pretty good, but luckily no serious injuries.
  12. For Regina to podium at Malibu and Worlds 5 months after her ACL reconstruction is simply remarkable. Like Trent said, she was probably operating at 75% (at best) of her full potential and was still in contention to win both huge tournaments. Amazing....
  13. @Horton don't know about high drama if Whitney doesn't ski in the finals, but it would be a big loss. She skied fantastic.
  14. Farmer's carry with 45lb plates using your finger tips will help build forearm and grip strength.
  15. @Mad_Footer barefooting won't be a problem for you. If you've been pretty religious with your rehab, you should be able to get back to all your physical activities.
  16. When the wife asks if we have to listen to the "British guy" commentate skiing again ?
