    I had a similar issue like @Weappa. I purchased the ski, but several days went by with no update on shipping. I emailed them, and gave it a couple more days, but no response. Emailed them again with no response. I finally tracked down the phone number to the business and luckily got an answer. Several excuses were made as to why the ski didn't get shipped out, but it finally made it to me after a couple of weeks. The ski was in new condition when I got it (which was the important part), but the customer service was a little sketchy.

    I've also had a couple issues with HO products over the years. Their customer service was very prompt and professional. I definitely recommend them.

    A practice PB will definitely measure a person's physical ability to get down the rope as far as possible. Tournament PB's incorporate the physical ability along with mental fortitude. For some, the scores are very similar. For others they might be quite a ways apart.

    D3 said they couldn't keep them EVO-S and NRG R1 in stock. I thought we would've been hearing numerous reviews by now with that many going out.

    @APB you must have solid information on the details of what got Nate his 3 month suspension to be that passionate about your comments. I'm amazed at the people that have pretty much crucified him with zero knowledge about the situation. I hope you never serve on a jury..... In the meantime I will hold all judgement until something substantial comes to light. If and when that happens, I will make my decision on how I feel about Nate Smith. Sorry for the "off topic" comment.....

    @DaveD I love the ARC-S. My personal experience with the EVO wasn't amazing. To be honest, I skied better on the NRG than I did the EVO. I was only on the EVO for a short time, so it's very possible I could've got it dialed in to a more comfortable ride. I will probably demo the new NRG R1 and the EVO-S, and spend a few weeks deciding which one fits me better.

    @adamcord will you phase out the original CG fin, or are there advantages with that fin on certain applications?

    Thanks for the info @block. I'm a 34 mph skier and -28 to -35 is where I spend most of my time. I'm currently on a 2017 67" Pro Build

    Also, try and get her to imagine a ball about 6 feet behind (up course) from the ball she's headed to. It almost looks like she's giving up some of her angle because she's aiming for the next ball (instead of in front of it). I love the enthusiasm. Tell her great job!

    Is there that many people with long fingernails causing the suits to tear? I'm guessing the suit is more sensitive than to just a fingernail tear.

    I sent an email this morning about a replacement part. @savaiusini responded very promptly. I received an additional email early this afternoon telling me the part had been shipped out. Mad props to HO's customer service as well. Thanks again Sam!

    If everything was carbon fiber except the toe piece everyone would be asking why they didn't just make the toe piece carbon fiber also :)
