  1. @than you are speaking another language my friend! Is Babylon 5 a Star Trek off shoot or something?
  2. @Than my post was tongue and cheek in regards to the ski. The recent discussion on the board regarding what the open men ski and what we ski was my motivation. Im sure the skis are similar in shape, but flex? Horton said Nick likes to grind and what version of 33 is Parrish is on? At a recent tournament it was "rumored" that Nick was on a different ski then the N1. Also Ed said he had never seen Parrish ski better, I'm sure he looks good but I heard this when he skied the Elite, Goode and now AM. Bottom line, all these guys are awesome and could win on any given day and on different skis... Hope we get some video!
  3. I'm guilty of doing this. It happens when I have sold my stuff and forgotten to remove it from SIA. Receiving an email asking to buy my ski, or what ever, a couple months after it sold is the reminder to remove it off of SIA sometimes. If you don't hear back I would assume it sold and move on.

  5. It only placed second in the open men's division! And the big winner is.... AM skis! With Radar third and D3 fourth...... In all seriousness congratulations to Parrish, Parson, Rossi and Nate for their performances in the open division at nationals.
  6. Will someone please post a bad review!
  7. This is an Olympic sport as of 2000 an involves a motor.... http://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Keirin
  8. I heard that Parsons liked it tell the water warmed up but then it stopped working for him. He is not skiing on the new ski. Heard he was on some kinda hybrid wide ride. Same ski Tgas is on. The ski is working for Chad Scot does anyone know how tall/ weighs?
  9. I had to free ski when I switched. I didn't have trouble getting up but I remember the ski pulling hard to the right, RFF. Don't notice it now.
  10. All carbon skis are not equal in speed. I think tunnel design, bevel and ski attitude in the water play a bigger role in speed. I'm not sure on this one but I think it is possible to slow a ski down or speed it up based on binding placement. Back when HO introduced the full Carbon Monza Chris Rosi skied it but towards the end of the season he switched to the System 8 which had the same shape but carbon/glass lay up. Skied 36 no problem.

    MC skiis

Sounds like Chet is as well! I like the fact that there are new skis to choose from on the market. Choice is a good thing!
  12. Saw Chet was on one. Anyone know anything about them? Anybody else skiing one? When are we going to see an MC Skiis unboxing?
  13. Anyone out there do video coaching for tricks?
  14. Congratulations to Ruth on some great skiing!
  15. I see lots to choose from.... Do you have a model you like for skiing? Thanks
  16. But Horton, you can ski on anything and make it look good!
  17. Just watched yesterday's video and I saw that Greg Badal was on the A2. I heard someone else was on the A2 as well. Who knows what beast KLP was skiing on. But where there any BD/34mph skiers on the S2? Wouldn this venue lend legitimacy to the 34mph ski?
  18. Not sure if it's started. I just got a boat running up the lake.
  19. You have to describe the wings on the EP.... Don't remember. The Obrien vengeance, was that the one where the tunnel kinda Crissy crossed towards the tail? It had that funky tip.... Or maybe that was the G3. Nano twist really?
  20. Not calling the step bottom of the S2 a gimmick but it does remind me of some "new and innovative" ideas you don't see anymore. For example, HOs power sticks and the Obrien fin with the flap to relieve pressure on one side of the turn. Anyone think of any other crazy ski ideas we don't see anymore?
