  1. got it, that makes alot of sense, thank you. next question is does anyone have a trakker they would like to trade or sell?
  2. 1. because I know I will get the best answers here; what is the best pylon camera mount for slalom? We often ski with no 3rd 2. we believe my fin is moving around on me, is this possible? Goes from 6.830 to 6.840. (was at 6.844 after 3 rounder the other day)
  3. explorer 8 i think, was working fine until 2 days ago
  4. I cant seem to navigate to any discussions, all i can access is the first page, is there a setting that needs to be changed or something?
  5. Ok, I must be getting anxious for the ice to let go. Question: Are shortline 36mph slalom turns the fastest turns in any sport? I know there are some bio-mechanic-aqua-engineer-physic junkies out there that can tear this apart. For myself: I think the lucidity of water allows for the quickest change of direction. Has to be faster than skis or board on snow, has to be faster than indy racer. I know at 34.2 32 off my ski turns faster than I can think. But how can it be measured? Feel free to squash or support anything I may blabber about his sport.
  6. awesome video! Sully, for what its worth, I was skiing with Adam Caldwell and he was examining my gate pull out at 32 off, he basically said stand in the white wash, then point your shoulders and hips into the wake-yeah I argued that one bad idea-but when I tried it, it worked. Glide, stand tall, and slowly (or progressively) move the handle onto your left hip while coming into the wakes, hold and enjoy.
  7. i dont know how to do it but fuel tv looks to be the best shot
  8. cool, thank you, anyone have any trouble coming in way hot at the gates? Will these settings help? The values set for 2008 SN look to be greater than the defaults. I will play around with them for sure. Thank you for the default settings too, in case I mess it up good.
  9. just got 2002 sn with sg, it is so badass. learning how to keep sg nice and smooth and working well, wondering if anyone knows any solid tweaks for improvements at 34mph, does kx do anything? or the background settings? just curious....and psyched.
  10. i just got RS-1 bindings, and the sequence plate looks (and I've heard) that it will fit any ski, and I have it on an HO hole pattern.
  11. Does anybody know where to get the bungee line used for the laces on RS-1's or Stradas? And does it have any specicfics like stretch rating or anything like that? Thank you.
  12. Any RI skiers around?
  13. seems boat reg uses 1st and last letters of state for abbreviation. mass is ms, maine is me, thats where ive reg'd my boat before so far that rule applys
  14. hi ms, that pic looks like the prize showcase on the old wheel of fortune. "...and ill take the skiwarm shorty for 30....and..." But seriously, ill try the skiwarm shorty, my email is alexdephoure at hotmail dot com. phone 508-498-3735. thanks.

  16. My question is John, Can you or anyone else (if it is woth the effort) design an input device to log line lengths, boat speed, fin settings, or any other data to corelate to the info we can get from this thing. Like the previous comment I agree this info would be great next to some video, maybe that would be enough, we wouldnt need any more info than that.
  17. I always thought; if you could ski a good set, see the video, then some sort of output of your actual line through the course it would reveal more, it could reveal your speed anywhere in the course, your arcs or turn radii, the angle of your path behind the boat. You could ski a set and really see things unbenouced to the naked eye.ÂÂ
  18. MB, I think I will try a 10 first, will let you know if I need that new left if you still have it, thank you for your help. Much appreciated.
  19. Cool, is that a pair? And a plate?
  20. Hey all, I am looking to try some RS-1 bindings, maybe some inexpensive leftovers, slightly used, or trade, my foot generally runs at 9.5 or 10 in US shoes, so I am thinking I would need size 10, unless someone knows different. Thanks.
