Nope! Put in about 3 hours on the water today. Water still only just over 20°C, but can only get better. Missed out yesterday though. Did a 10 hour round trip to pick up a new S2. Lovin' it today thought!

Any information on updates since the initial release of version 8? I received mine in February, & did receive an update a week later, though it didn't change the version number form 8.0.00, it simply allowed crew weight to be displayed in kg's. Whould be interested to hear what changes were made during the season, & what improvements were worked on. Gotta totally agree with Greg on the No Magnets feature. Finally disconnected out smart timer last week. Gone are the false triggerings we often got crossing the wake on our turn. That was one of the biggest driver input issues we had with getting up to speed on our short setup & avoiding false starting of the timer. Were no able to get the revs up sooner with no need to try & drive to avoid false timer starts. Cheers Phil

Bump.... Anyone want to comment on Animal vs Attack or similar in relation to how easy you come out of Attacks etc compared to Animals. Haven't had an ankle problem yet & don't want to start now. Cheers

Looking to upgrade to either a new S2 or Superlight X & wondering about Boot options. Been in Animal Boots for the last 10 Years & wondering what opinions are of Current Animals vs Attack & Apex. Haven't had an Injury to date with the Animal & Rear Kicker, so wondering if I should stick with that combination which I've been happy with for what we do, or move to either of the others currently being offered. Comparatively, what are the Apex & Attack boots like to come out of in comparison to the Animal I'm used to? Thanks

@popof, Got 2 similar to that in the shed. Yellow & Orange CompX2 from 1979 & Red & Blue Comp1 from 1980. @skibrain, I got mine when I was at the pinnacle for my "Legend in My Own Mind" phase (16), so that is where my idolising would come from.

Something I've thought for a while @Horton, I'd like to see a Banner at the top of the forum pages that scrolls all the recent hedlines you've got on the Home Page. Too often I go straight to the forum & don't bother to look to see waht is of interest in the news on the Main page. I'm sure I'm not the only person guilty of this type of behavior & it would be good to have it displayed as a banner on the forum pages. Could be up here in the screen dump.

NNSW @DUSkier, you? Spoke to a few dealers yesterday. Stock is a bit thin at the moment with most. Did also get a mention that there will be no more CoX SL's come August, when the new range is annouced. Dunno in you've heard mention of new models yet @Horton?
