  1. @Ed_Johnson I'm pretty sure it's 2nd gen. Prop is 654
  2. @Ed_Johnson I have a 2017 Nautique 200 DI 5.3. single puck. I noticed a difference in the pull (for the better) from the first set. I feel that it gives a better release out to the bouy with no down side. Seems like I recall someone else posted that a Zero Off engineer didn't recommend upgrading a dual puck to a single though?
  3. @LeonL ,I bought one of the Overtons tops, the fit was really bad on the one I had. The sleeves were so tight I could hardly get them on and the body was loose enough for a 300 lb person. I sent it back.
  4. I can't imagine having 9 people in ANY inboard boat!
  5. That's good news. Thank you Jesus for providing healing to the faithful. Amen!
  6. I have seen washers between rack and helm (pinion) on several 196's that were brand new. Don't know why they put them there but made steering on new boats loose. Removing one at each bolt made steering much better on new boats. I would guess that extra clearance would wear the tips of the teeth sooner also.
  7. Video very blurry / pixelated on my end.
  8. Bump of an old thread, what's the opinion of these gloves from you guys that have used them ? I've been using 41 Tails and Kevlar liners since they came out, but the latest version doesn't fit good, some fingers too long, and after 3 sets showing a lot of wear. Thinking about trying the MSN gloves, so what do you guys think?
  9. Man that brings back memories, I had a 1990 TS6M. Hull design did good on big lake water and still had good slalom wake, built well also. Still like the looks after all these years!
  10. I have a Tumacs cover exactly like the one pictured, one summers use under covered boat lift. Fits 2002 and up Nautique 196. Sold 196 so don't need cover, will let go for $375 pm me if interested.
  11. @Ilivetoski I think you've been traumatized!!!!!
  12. Reach out to Goode. They told me they would send some to me when I inquired about trying the Rev6.
  13. @matthewbrown that's exactly what I said after trying to ski more "open" too funny. I felt like I was getting thrown face first/tripping through the edge change, so obviously doing it wrong. Would like to hear you expand on the tangent to the load transition.
  14. Don't feel bad @Razorskier1 , I've got a brand new boat on my lift (FINALLY) and with weather and other obligations/ distractions, I'm getting about one set a week this year so far!!
  15. @Horton I don't think anybody could answer that question since we don't know what the final product would be. Trick mode sounds interesting (haven't tried it yet), why couldn't they just add it instead of replacing PLUS? I think most would agree we could use a few more ZO settings......kidding.
  16. I use it, def a minority. For me, I like how it takes away the feeling of getting yanked through the entrance gates, after the gate I don't feel any difference. Have used it on several different boat/engine combos without much adjustment other than the Centurion I tried it on, that thing kicked the crap out of me.....it was Very aggressive!
  17. Praying for your full recovery Jim. What a GREAT attitude you have!!
  18. Reason I'm asking is I'm thinking about ordering a standard edition but have only skied LINK system. So am hoping @dave2ball is correct.
  19. Does anyone know if the 5.3 boats you thought were harsh had the LINK system with built in ZO or standard gauges with separate ZO ?
  20. @Horton what's your angle on this pole?
  21. Watched a friend of mine go 1@41 yesterday in tournament (it counts) best he's skied in some time. Think it's worth a look.
  22. You guys make me sick, 38 been smakin me around like a FOOL lately!
