  1. Cannot ever leave the lake without running a clean full pass at the end of my last set. OF
  2. Tomas, my son (B3/ 3event) and I will be there. Rolling in Tuesday afternoon. OF
  3. May 1st, no matter the temperature.............OF
  4. Handle and rope a year and I use my own rope and handle. Only use other ropes at tournaments.....OF
  5. Did the Senior tour ruin golf? I don't think Big Dawg will ruin skiing. The more skiers able to ski at a high level longer is good for all of us.....my two cents. OF
  6. I got an Eagle bag suit with the zipper in the front. Very light weight and easy to put on and I can zip it myself. It by far is the best suit I have used. I am a North West skier and ski year round. I got mine through H2O Osmosis. Good price and customer service. OF
  7. I have skied all the new boats to include MC with the Six Litre and use A1 setting on all of them. I ski equally as well or bad, however you want to look at deep -35. I sold my 05 Malibu just so I could have a ZO boat. I not only like the skiing behind ZO, but it is so easy to drive, that alone is almost worth it. Come off the island, throttle up and all is good. Maybe it has something to do with me being 5'9" 160lbs, but no matter I love ZO. My two cents, OF
  8. Crashman, Buy Kevins SN, you will not be disappointed. I have skied with him when he lived up here in the Seattle area and can vouch for the condition of his boat and how it skis. Heck, I bought his house when he moved to CA site on scene and could not have been more satisfied with the condition of the house. My two cents, OF
  9. Davemac, Thanks for the input, I am going to order one tomorrow. OF
  10. Anyone tried the Eagle baggy suit that zips in the front? Was thinking about ordering it and trying because of the zip in front. It is a bit pricey so wondering if anyone has one or tried one?? OF
  11. Walton, I got a Silver 67 I would be willing to talk trade. Shoot me an e-mail at rascholl@live.com OF
  12. Thanks for the comments. As far as a Promo, I ski with RD who has Master Craft promo. Right now we are looking at the option of buying a 12 closed bow promo and just roll it into a lake boat. RD is going to be part owner of the lake boat so buying anothers promo is not really an option. We all love the old closed bow Response and want to look at the option of getting a light closed bow with ZO. As far as a fair price I was hoping for mid 40K. We are looking now as I am aware you need to order early if you want to get any kind of deal. I just trying to connect with a dealer who is straight up and honest. OF
  13. Looking at getting a closed bow ski boat for our lake. Noticed on Malibu's web site that you can order a Response closed bow. There is no longer a Malibu dealer in the Seattle area that can talk anything other than wakeboard boats. When I called Active Watersports in Oregon, they wanted to only talk about some insane price. I want to talk to someone who talks slalom boats and is interested in treating a customer fairly and not just making the most money possible and spend hours negotiating a price. I just want to order the boat how I want it and am willing to pay the dealer a fair price to facilitate it. Anyone know of a Malibu dealer that fits this bill? Thanks, OF
  14. I got a 55 in perfect shape 65". email me @ rascholl@live.com if interested. OF
  15. Nice little video RW Skier......It was great having you and Ron Warman up for the RTB 2011. Now if we can just get Boody and his bride to come north sometime.......OF
  16. Best skiing mid/late 90's OPEN BOW is the Malibu Response LX or Sportster LX. OF
  17. Okay all. If you are thinking you are not ready to post a tournament score or have not skied enough or too cold. Put your drysuit on and come and ski novice. You get a guarenteed 4 passes each round and if you do the math it is probably cheaper to come ski The BroHo than dragging your boat to the lake and skiing a few sets. Plus you get either a 2011 Master Craft TT or Nautique 200. Finally, the weather is suppose to get better for the weekend. So no more excuses, see you at the BroHo........OF
  18. I do agree with what has been said, but the one thing that has helped me most was, "Always try to ski with people that are better than you." It was very hard to do because I felt out of place, but skiing with the them, listening and watching has helped me most. I also found that most of the "Good/Great skiers" were more than happy to let me ski with them......OF
  19. If you live in the Seattle/Tacoma area and you are reading this...yes all you Lurkers.....there is NO excuse why you should not ski with us this weekend.......plus the head to head Sunday after the 3rd round is a hoot..............OF
  20. Both a Strada and a Strada 55......OF
  21. 8 years on an Adrenaline suit and still with original seals. I always use two spray legs one on each leg which really protects the leg seals. Other than that I spray the seals down with seal spray every few times. As a PNW skier as well, I use my suit a lot. I cannot be more impressed with the suit. I really would like to try one of the Eagle suits with the front zipper though as I cannot zip/un-zip my suit myself.....OF
  22. I have both the Strada and new Senate C, which is a little wider Strada. I can rip on both skis into -35. After that my talent limits me, not the ski. I agree with JTH, you can't miss with the Strada....OF
