Average speed. It take 16.08 seconds for every skier to run a pass at 36 mph. Gate to gate. (Unless you have slack through the exit gate) I am not talking about path

@bko not what I said if I run a 28 off pass @ 36 Will Asher runs a 41 @ 36 it's a tie: 36 mph average, 16.08 seconds One could deduce that Will would be going way faster, followed by way slower, to get the average. Or we can hook a bunch of stuff up and prove it. The only thing I can do just like Will Asher 😉

Tie, but , as @Bruce_Butterfieldsaid, Skier B is a dumbass. imo, A is 6, no continuation. B, assuming he or she is not a dumbass, should be able to ski through the 41 gate and get 0 @ 41 and win

To be clear: with lots of investigation and money throwing to different entities and auto-renew subscriptions , you can see Mikaela Shiffrin all day long and twice on Sunday. Watching our men compete @ Palasades, and this weekend at Aspen? Maybe if you set your alarm and hang on the couch all day. Can't record it, can't see it later on demand. *I assume most people that watch waterskiing and outdoor sports like to be outdoors

Waterskiing doesn't have a draw. It's a straight seeding based on WR. But, there's probably 10 kids there that could present the bibs to the athletes (and they get the bib after the tournament)--as alpine world cups used to do pre-Covid

Did he say, "physicsy-wise"? A very important subject, imho. So often we go out, jump in the water, run a pass, then our Buddy in the boat says something he saw you do "wrong", and it's off to the distraction of the day. I try to tell my crew what I’m working on before I get going, even ask them to watch for (whatever).
