We just topped off the lake this weekend with all the rain so we're all good for 2016.

@Superchicken running long and shallow. Did so on her V Type and liking that setup better on the V Type R too.

@Beastmode This is Texas although the wind was nothing like it was Sunday in July. We had some wind, but I don't remember anyone's scores being down. Neveu ran 39 all 4 rounds and tied his pb with a 3@41 and there were a bunch of other pbs. Careful how you say that stuff. You will run down our property values. :smiley: Huge wind and Chop? Not so accurate.

Heck don't worry about how many pros show up. Let everyone come. Cap it at 80 entries instead of 40 and we can run both lakes if needed. Crap, did I really just suggest more work?

@Razorskier1 I'm back on it already. Was good to take a few days break from it though. Don't worry about the beer either. There can never be too much. You guys only saw the one beer fridge. There is another one that's is still full. Everyone just had to head to the airport before we got to it. Always have a back up is my rule.

@disland By the way, you definitely need to try a new ride. Your way better than what your showing and the one you have is not helping you get it done much at all. Need help figuring that out let me know. Happy to help.

Thanks to everyone for coming out. Aquaplex was thrilled to host this event and hope everyone wants to come back. We enjoy supporting any event that is fun and helps grow the sport. I believe this format provided both. Thanks to @Horton for making this possible and trying something new. Thanks to HO for having the demo day, which I think added to the atmosphere and gave people the chance to try their new ski. This seemed to be a huge addition to the excitement for the weekend. My gut is there will be a ton of people riding the VTR to PB's. I also thought it was really cool of Wakeye to throw in some units as part of their sponsorship and liked the way John awarded them. Enjoyed the group stopping for a beer after the event and appreciated everyone adhering to my you can have any beer in the fridge except for the Yuengling I smuggled into Texas rule. Hopefully see everyone and more next year.

@gregy glad you came out. I just happened to be around so no thanks owed to me. I know both Will and Mommer were happy to spend the time and I'm sure appreciate your comments. Been around skiing a long time and haven't seen a ski that so many people with different styles at different levels have gotten on and respond this positively about. This is a ski that we are going to see a lot of people riding and soon. HO seems to have focused on what they wanted to achieve, took their time to get it right and now is bringing to the public.

@bigtex2011 @tfin and I are partners on the same one. It is at my house currently as Kara didn't think it made the best living room decoration. I don't necessarily agree but wouldn't say that to her. @martin you should definitely get one. You have no idea how important it is until you have one. Mike can take care of you.

@Martin I have one in Austin and would be happy to flex test it for you. It was built by @teammalibu who could also build you one. You should come and watch the BOS event here this weekend and I would be happy to check it for you in between tournament duties. You could also test ride a new HO at their demo day event while your here, which could solve your urgency problems altogether.

@aupatking just send me an email and I will add you to the list. Or you can stop out Friday and link up with John Mommer from HO to get signed up. Either way we will get you dialed.

@Chad_Scott will be driving. Actually were thinking about throwing together a last minute trick tournament since he will be here on the 2nd lake. Once we fish the buoys off the prop he is the best trick driver around. Plus I heard him say once he would rather drive that than slalom any day.

6.0L uses the 668 and I think the 5.7L uses the 654

Better prop as @ShaneH said, fixed the shifter in 14 and 15, and way better metallic if you like the bling.

@horton We have 12-13 people already signed up for the BOS Cash prize demo day and HO hasn't sent out any marketing on it yet. Will and Mommer will be there setting people up to give it a rip. Been interesting. Loads of excitement about this ski. Get your name in if your coming and want to take a ride.

@skihart @teammalibu made me ones of these 5-6 years ago. We just took a plate with a standard hole pattern cut into it and put velcro on the top side. I did have to find some screws with flat heads so they didn't stick up too high and interfere with the Velcro. I found screws that worked on the McMaster Carr website.

@horton sounds reasonable.

@horton I have seen @ToddL wear a white outfit very similar to the guitarist. We should ban that from the event though.
