  1. @bbruzzese Thanks for the ski it looks brand new @mattp thanks I'll let you know, I hope we can ski soon. @horton first ride on the ski felt like how you look in the -35 video. hopped on, 15mph winds, 28, 28, 32, 32. Wide, Early, and an amazing feeling of precision and fluidity. Like riding on a rail and seems to come around the buoy so fast and smooooth. Can't wait for the next ride... @davemac , my first impression - buy one. Skied it real close to @dirt 's #'s for the opening ride.
  2. mine did that once restarting my computer fixed it
  3. I have a few and I'll send you one if you need one, OB has my #.
  4. If it's muscle look into or try a tens unit or a transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulator.
  5. Try turtle wax wax & dry. Easy to find anywhere. It's designed to be applied when wet. Use it when you wipe down the boat and it works great. Be careful in the areas where you step in and out of the boat.
  6. . @gloersen At your Lucky question. No , I would NEVER EVER 2 hand or recommend it. I don't ski enough to learn how to ski different types of turns. The idea of handle control is to carry width with speed and set up the best counter position to carry that speed. To ski 2 handed would mean less speed and counter so you will not be able to carry speed. You should try to run your 22 and 28 like Matt Brown runs his 32, with great speed, power and control. Then 32 will feel just fine.
  7. @wish, where are you? As the rope gets shorter everything happens faster and the pull from the boat becomes much greater. It will take time to gain the strength to apply at the shorter line lengths.
  8. . @6balls where are you at? I have a drill that I came up with to work on this move. I'm in ATL
  9. . For me, handle control begins at the center line during the transition to neutral and ends when I reconnect with the boat as I slide under the handle.
  10. . @6balls, How did Chris Parrish explain to you or how did he tell you to apply this "cutting edge stuff" he was working on? @razor1 Same question as above.... I get lots of dislikes when I discuss that it exists.
  11. I really like the speed he uses through out the pass especially the speed out and back in for the gates.
  12. I am wondering what other skiers work on to improve their skiing? I hope to ski more this year an work on improving my skiing speed and connection to the boat in the transition thru the reconnect to the handle after the turn. In addition I hope to be able to ski more. Last year I was only able to ski once a week through states and then I was unable to ski again.
  13. if you have edged in water, it shows Rossi and Jamie clearly making the move at the pull out for the gates. Check just sets in the bonus features an Marcus' one handed gate section with Jamie pulling out. It's the same move in every pre-turn it's but easier to see at the gates.
