  1. After starting Crossfit in the off season a few years ago. I went from struggling to run a pass to running 32 off the next summer.
  2. November 2nd was our last day on the water, my daughters 16th birthday, she wanted to ski. Air was 52 water about the same. Very proud to have a sixteen year old baller for a daughter.
  3. First job, was at the Kidder factory. Cleaned skis after they came out of the mold, assembled bindings etc... Sounded like a great job and it was but a hot factory full of fiberglass was miserable in the summer. The equipment perks were great and to this day I still consider Denny and Creed as family.
  4. @kona glad to see another baller is a patroller, I am a volley at crystal mt.
  5. A little off topic but after a rib injury a few weeks back, I was looking at a padded shirt that football players wear under there pads. I am curious if anyone has tried something like that for added protection?

  7. This is the same guy that made Tiger Trax ski boats, I heard he also bought the Mirage line. The ski boat is 94 Nautique hull, that is shot with a chopper gun. You want nothing to do with this guy. Do a Google search on Tiger Trax boats.
  8. @horton Yes. He sold the company to Western wood before starting Kidder Skis.
  9. At first it was hard to believe that he hadn't at one time or another hold all of the world records on one of his skis. Then when you stop and think about it this is something that may never be done again. I worked for Denny at Kidder Skis and think the world of the man. Congrats boss. @horton you forgot Stinger Skis, Denny's first ski company. I believe John Mondor broke Wayne Grimditch's jump record on Stinger Skis. Did I just date myself.
  10. I'm in for a couple of tickets. use a paypal account at $20.00 a ticket and then make up some tickets with each persons name etc.. and do a video of the drawing.
  11. I worked at Kidder Skis in the early 80's, it was interesting to see the lay up process hasn't changed a whole lot but the materials are radically different. The old "Red Line Graphite" had a single piece of carbon fiber that was about two inches wide and was less than half the length of the ski from the tip to the mid section.
  12. She skis a little and is my driver most weekends. She has become competitive with her boat driving, I ran a pb with a friend driving and she was pissed off. Love the fact that she wants to be a good driver.
  13. On the Crystal Mountain Ski Patrol, helps pass the time in the winter.
  14. Skied yesterday, my daughter wanted to ski on her birthday. Her first year on a slalom ski, she has the fever. Air and water both in the 50s.
  15. @XR6Hurricane thats a cool site, something about miles of perfect water that still gets me excited. Its always great to work on new things to improve your skiing but never forget the number one rule, Have Fun.
  16. Summer of 2010 couldn't run -22, by September 2011 had run -28 a couple of times. Tuesday of this week I ran 2 @ -35.
  17. I just put my daughter on a Radar P6. Wiley's has close out models for $150. Great stable ski that she can progress on. She currently skis at 20mph so the 65 is a good size.
