  1. '07 Response with ZO, very clean just over 300 hrs, Bimini, jump seat, 350 monsoon, PP stargazer also, chrome pkg, Silent mufflers, MSST plus more, $34,500 obo...
  2. I can see the point of being technically sound at 32 and it getting amplified at 35 but when you start getting into 35 and beyond portions of the technique are different, better to slow the boat and ski it there...Drew got me running 35 starting at 32mph and building up, he used this on some others (pros) as well with great results...other thought, after spending that time at 35, 32 will seem like a cake walk...
  3. Edge change for sure earlier, as jdarwin said...just because the line is shorter doesn't mean pull longer...also you rgates probably, again because it's shorter doesn't mean you need to pull out harder or longer and your turn in needs to be sedate too..
  4. Glen Cambell!!! if not Willi... what about Larkin, gets the job done @ Moomba!?
  5. Tubes are just WAY more profitable...
  6. Any one heard of any one trying it? Seems like all 34...
  7. Radar Vice, and whatever they were callled in the last couple years, awesome fit and the Boa system is great!
  8. Just converted my '07 response, New ECM and ZO module, super easy plug in install, was up and running in no time! Running the wires cleanly for the GPS pucks and installing the Display in the dash is a much larger chore than hooking it up and getting it operational. Still have Gazer in the boat too...
  9. Didn't a Centurion pull this event? Any insight as to how the skiers liked it? drivers? Obviously lots of good scores posted, seems almost better than most of the other tournaments, could be site conditions too...
  10. FYI, In Canada you can drop down a division, as stated by Scot, we only have a 'Mens' Division now which is a combine of M1 and M2....We don't have a MM division, which is unfortunate, and it would be awesome to have it at 35mph! That speed feels just perfect to ski @...
  11. Cool thx! Just put ZO in my '07 Boo, super easy install...
  12. So if I wanted to ski a little slower/in between tounament speeds I assume I need to be in Recreational mode to do this? Thanks...
  13. Any insight in to this wonder ski Schnitzy is talking about?
  14. So why does it seem that the A1/A2 is so underated? You have Will killing it consistently on the ski and winning darn near everything and yet it seems to get little love from the masses?
  15. One person's perception of what needs to be done in the course in not necasssarily effective for another. The biggest issue in coaching, teaching or self improvment is understanding that certain aspects/movements of slalom are generally beneficial but the path to those aspects/movements vary greatly to every skier... Descriptions of what is right in one persons words or the actual action they do to obtain those actions may be right for them but will probably be ineffective to the majority of skiers based solely alone on mental processing converting to action. For example the statement that skiing with more than just your feet outside at the buoy line at shorter passes is more effective/efficient. True, less effort, and why work harder than you need to...the problem comes in that for a lot of people if they ski "narrow" they are unable to increase their requirments to suceed in the shorter line lenghts. Hence the need for some to skis as wide and early as possible in the early passes to suceed at later passes. Most skiers have an understanding of what's required to achieve sucess in the course, it's the application that's the problem. The mental/physical disconnect...
  16. My perception is if you can pull off both that would be great, but realistically, offside is hard to rotate your hips that far beceause of placement of feet and how much outward rotation on your back foot, if you're back foot is straighter on the ski the easier it is to create the "openness" on your offside, regardless, if you rotate your shoulders in any direction your hips will follow unless you activley try to inhibit them.
  17. It's pretty hard to fully rotate your hips on your offside pull but the desired effect is to keep your shoulders level and facing down course, level shoulders both ears facing the boat, safest, strongest position. Also I think maybe moving into a "squatting" position as you come out of the ball will aid in a decrease in load as you come to the wakes. This of course benefits with ZO because if you load early your going to pay for it...
  18. Was there, super clean passes, kid is super smooth and fluid, had a little hiccup @ 4 and turned 5 late but he was running it really good up till then, he's going to run that lots and be knocking on that WR for sure after seeing him ski...
