  1. @Stevie Boy I understand seems really unusual. If it does interest you I think one of my members has a plate he never used so cheaper option if you go down that route. Just to clarify this is the reflex bondplate. Universal plate adapter. Feel free to pm me
  2. @Stevie Boy have you thought about running a reflex bonded plate. Its 3m stuck to the ski so just set it furthet back of stock holes. @paul413ski I’m trying to change that. Message me if you want details on our demo program.
  3. Little update on the island build. The weather has halted a lot of welding progress but the base of the octagon is taking shape. A lot of maths was needed to get all lengths and angles. I knew school maths was needed in life haha. Im confident the structure will be together just fine. Im now stuck on what to clad the sides with. Will post more updates when the rain stops and lets us weld.
  4. I'm actually building a floating island at the moment. We have an 8 buoy currently but switching to 6 with turn island to give better wind conditions. Iv tried every possible way to turn without an island but you always get down course rollers. Will post photos as I go with updates. My design is basically just a floating octagon with a hollow centre. Cranked down to some big anchors.
  5. KD for the best offside turn of any high end ski. Grab a 66” and have fun.
  6. Build in Iceland, heated by the earths core.
  7. Can somebody describe features of the photos?
  8. As a European club. I want no side storage, no carpet, zr409, Analogue gauges and ZO head unit. Basic color scheme, no need for OB but I can live with it. Oh and back to 06' prices ;) joke but Realistically a good amount of dollar less than 19'.
  9. @Horton whats the percentage on only jr divisons? Im not actually asking you to figure this out as we all have better things to do. But we all know jr skiers have a much higher rate of pb’s vs older skiers. On a side note, what would actually satisfy you to say those scores are legit?
  10. I absolutely Applaud Trent for been so impartial and correct about this issue of Euro scores. As a host I can see why Horton would bring up controversial topics as to be more interesting and desirable to watch, however, Questioning the European rule abiding is crossing the line, you cannot simply throw accusations saying that USA is more stringent than Europe when following rules. I don't think that anyone should have to defend a site if everything checks out but lets try. Europe has had one of the hottest years ever. Our water maybe a lot softer and warmer than previous years. They are also running the new nautique which might just be working sweet as right now. We all ski a boat every now and then that feels like butter. Mix that with such amazing youngsters battling each other now and you have a recipe for a lot of season bests. Until something comes out I think this witch hunt needs to end. It may be possible in this world that records may be broken outside the USA. Just to clarify, I am not even in any way affiliated with the site. I have never even skied in continental Europe, just an offended site owner here in Europe, who is aiming to host a pro event.
  11. @brooks is on the case already. Main reason I love radar and been a radar dealer. This company rocks on customer service.
  12. HI guys, Iv been skiing on the 18 vapor pro build for a few weeks now. Unfortunately the honeymoon period is looking to be over. As Iv had odd performance the last couple of sets I went to check me fin for any possible movement. I noticed that the core material Im guessing the PMI has expanded out into the fin slot (was completely clear when I first set it up). I pushed a small prod into the gap and the core material did compress back down. Could this be the PMI core soaking up water and expanding out. Iv never seen this on a ski before so was just wanting some advice. Im pretty sure its not related to my skiing performance nor will it have an effect on the ski. Thats just the idiot on the end of the rope. Should I keep an eye on this? Any input would be appreciated
  13. @GAJ0004 I use aluminium poles and stainless wire. Sag over many many years, but homologate to record every single time without fail.
  14. @j2nh tesla motor (360hp)and 85kw batteries come in at 1270lbs. Evenly distributed batteries I recon it would only be a small wake difference. Far outweighed by the much better torque and near identical boat weight at full vs empty.not to mention the possibility of speed control integration with electric vs ICE. I run my TXI on propane. To be honest its a PIA. Even harder to get a solid ZO pull. As for pricing of tesla as you stated. I can buy a brand new model S inc upgrades for less than a ski Nautique. Tesla is cutting edge high market products and the charge for it. Electric is the future. I personally cannot wait for the ICE to die. We all have our opinions which is what drives innovation.
  15. Dont you just wish someone at Tesla was a skier.
  16. @SkiJay What stock settings are you using as base line. The Radar site has a short deep and long shallow stock settings? Just rode .775, 6.955, 2.45 on a 67. Cant achieve 1/8 forward due to not having a microjust, so its more like at 301/4. These settings felt way more stable vs the stock long shallows but this thing is losing angle through the offside pull but with crazy slew offside. I must say Iv been riding another ski for the past year and performance has got to the point that I don't want to ski and cant even run 22 at 34mph. Jumped on the pro and straight into running super early at 28 36mph. This thing is super fast but gives good confidence under foot.
  17. @LeonL a forum post doesn’t count as real evidence in my opinion. As i said if it comes out officially then thats ok we move on. Making assumptions based upon the heresay of someone else is rediclous. I ran 43 off once. Do you believe that or would you like evidence tather than a forum post.
  18. Unless otherwise announced that a mistake has been made I really dont think it is fair to start bashing a site. Not sure if you are aware of the serious lack of pro events around the world. If anyone has the effort to put on a pro event please make the effort to support them, theres only a few of us left in this sport .If zero off has gone funky or a course asjustment has been made wrong then im sure it will come out, and we can move on. Would you question these result from a US site like swiss? I dont think so.
  19. Thanks for the input guys, really appreciated. Luckily we run a lake and school as well, so local demo's are going to happen. Obviously early stages make stocking limited. We try to have a good collection of stock, but investment funds make things a little tight. Would you find it acceptable to see the product but have to order in your size if not available? @mkerzie You shall be glad to know I'm currently sat in front of the whole Vapor Range
  20. Me and me Fiancée have just started our own pro shop. In the interest of protecting the sponsors of BOS I wont Say the name. However on our new journey we are looking for some ideas of what facilities you ballers really love about your local or online pro shops, or what you would really like that isn't available ie demos, free returns. Hopefully with some great answers we can try and make a great facility and shop in our area. Thanks in advance
  21. Hi guys, I have a problem with my zero-off on my 08' response at the moment. Few things are going strange. My main speedo fails to read but zero-off does read speed, to fix this I turn zero off on and off again while running the speedo works again. The zero-off fails and returns to trick mode while driving. error codes I have: COPfail GPS1_fail GPS_badpos Only one of my pucks work as well but thats been the case for a couple years. Is this a case of bad earths? or something more serious. Thanks @Jody_Seal Adam
  22. Hi - I am interested in the vest. Where about's are you in the US? I am in Clermont, Florida in October?
  23. @MJE WOT is 4830rpm 40.8mph When slaloming at 36mph I'm touching 4000rpm Sea level with the monsoon 350 (crusader 5.7L)
