  1. That's a super price for that ski!
  2. So excited to ski this weekend. I can't wait to test it out!
  3. There's an awesome one of mapple. That's how I learned. Ill find it when school gets out.
  4. Apologies... I am just having a hard time visualizing, but that last one helped. Thanks guys.
  5. Will the tab resist flexion at a certain point like a pre flexion brake? Or is it seriously just a waste of slalom effort :)
  6. Holy crap that water is shallow. He's jumping around in there!
  7. @shaneh and @deanoski what is the purpose for cutting these specific parts off, more interested on the top part and why?
  8. Got it. Hasty reading isn't always good reading. Understand what you are saying now
  9. @Mateo vargas off topic slightly but we have the same exact boat. Love the LT-1 ours has a slot though. We need it, extremely short setup on one side of the lake, sometimes makes it to 36. Sometimes not. HAND DRIVING
  10. From what I was readying I think he needs a fix for blowing the tail WHEN he moves bindings forward. (Less pressure on the tail could cause it to pop out)
  11. http://www.ski-it-again.com/php/skiitagain.php?topic=Search&category=Bindings&postid=24797 if you are LFF and size 9
  12. @franks get ready for some trial and error buddy. Lots of error. If a release mechanism is involved it's got to be pretty precise. Good luck. If I were you (wich I too am also a HS student, who buys all his gear) I would keep on the lookout for an old reflex setup. I got a complete reflex with 404 release for 75$ on eBay.
  13. What I see... Your ski goes almost completely flat before you hit the first wake, which kicks you up, and you get to the ball late and narrow
  14. For a goode it depends how much you want to spend. If you were to buy any one 9100, 9700 and later they are all going to be good. I skied on a 9100, 9700, 9900, and a nano twist. Settled on the 9900 and 9100 for backup, they were all good just liked those. Don't limit yourself to goode, there are other skis out there that could do some good. Demo and do what you like.
  15. In super impressed that you got the fin clamp to work. I skied on the 9900 a few days back and it works like a charm. Funny thing is, when goode sent the ski back to me they put a new fin clamp on. So now I have 3! If anyone out there needs a new, never used goode fin clamp I'd sell it to you. Just shoot me a pm.
  16. I'd get a 90s MC and call it good. My personal preference though.
  17. Concept is not (in my mind) a ski that is fitting for what you want. That vice is going to probably wow you.
  18. I think my dad was saying ourlake is a borrow pit. Turned out to be a pretty good deal.! For the state and the skiers
  19. I would love to kick back on the couch and watch a day of skiing on espn.
  20. Does anyone know, if the length of stock fin for HO is Jaws or tips?
  21. For the current situation I met him halfway it's sitting at almost 30" from the comment Horton made about how touchy the ski is to binding placement, I just really want to put it where it should be.
  22. @mattp I have tried, and I'm almost laughing at how easy it is to understand that this sport is full of super precise things (binding, fin, ski shape, technique and body position) all adding up to be the product "slalom" and that a general hole on a binding plate is no where near precise enough for our sports standard. I'm actually going on a pretty good rage here because I'm quite angry about simple this situation should be, and how complicated it is.
