  1. This is a long shot, but change the transmission fluid. What have you got to lose other than a quart+ of fluid? What do you gain if it works? :)
  2. @Kellen417, how do you upload the video to Hudl Techhnique? I saw your post but couldn’t figure how to upload; that would work great for me.
  3. I have a new Ski Doc and am just setting it up with an iPhone. I’ve got too much shake; any suggestions?
  4. Thanks @ToddL I’ll give those a look.
  5. I bought 2 Motorola RDU4100’s on the LetGo App for $125 ea, charger and mic that you clip on your shirt. They are great but I don’t know how to get them on the same frequency as the cheap radios that you see at a lot of tournaments. I was going to take my two to go along with what the LOC is using but that hasn’t worked .............. so far.
  6. You can find divers at your county/city Fire Depts; they have rescue dive teams. I have one coming out today to help me fix a slalom buoy at 20 feet depth where we’ve got to dive to the anchor on bottom.
  7. Our GA Swervin’ event got cancelled for this past weekend due to bad weather. We have re-scheduled it for August 24-25th at the same location. Log on to Nautique.com and click on events then choose Swervin’ weekend and scroll down to GA in order to sign up.
  8. Sunday winners were Freddie & Regina. Freddie won by a 1/4 or 1/2 buoy; Regina by 1. It was a great and close finish. Fun to watch.
  9. @Wish , your comments are “spot on.”. Karen & Keith have done so much and they continue to “push to new heights.”. I’m headed that way this am to help them in any way that I can. This will be a fun weekend. Does anyone know if their will be live webcast?
  10. Here’s a few on the trailer. We’ll be pulling the Lk 38 Pro-Am with it this weekend in Quincy, FL. I’m not sure if there will be a live webcast but I’ve seen the running order.......... most of the Top Open skiers will be there.
  11. If this is possibly to be your last boat, no question; get the 200 or the Ski Nautique. These are two of the best boats on the market. If money isn’t an object get the Ski, and/or if you need more storage space. If open bow is needed, get the 200. Last........... you only live once, get the best, pay more if needed because the dollars you spend will be long forgotten after your first ride with that big smile on your face.
  12. I received my 2019 in March and all I’ve got to say is............ AWESOME.
  13. I just began using my Ski-Doc Orbit w/Wakeye App. The video is shaky; I’m not happy with it. Any advice?
  14. @ghutch How much for the Aqua Intuition Liner, Size 10/11? Can you measure the overall length?
  15. @ozski , if I recall correctly, I believe they are somewhere in the mid $70’sK. I’m sure there’s some discount but then when you ad back the tax?
  16. I just installed my Orbit yesterday. Mounted the iPhone and basically I’m just figuring out how to use it. Did several successful videos. What is the preferred zoom setting? I also need to ad the orange foam dampener as there were many in the box.
  17. Crow Lake is probably the closest to Gainesville. PM me and I’ll give you a name to call.
  18. To clarify above post, the Intuition Liner was for the front foot releasable binding.
  19. I prefer the basic RTP as I like getting up with the back foot out, and the ability to step off the platform with my back foot. I place my back foot in the rtp after I get up. I use the Radar RTP and have had the best feel with it. I keep two of them and this spring I’m putting my spare on another HO ski that I’m trying. My problem is, I don’t seem to be able to buy two identical items that are the same. I’ve made multiple adjustments to this rtp and I can’t duplicate the entry of my rear foot to replicate same in my other Radar RTP. The elastic stretch is tighter and the laces don’t allow for enough loosening to push the foot as far forward as my other rtp. I wish the consistency of mfg of ski items were better. I just ran in to the same thing with an Intuittion LIner. I bought a new size 12 and it’s smaller than my 10/11. Go figure.
  20. @Roger, it sounds like the Nautiques are #1 and #2 and you could flip-flop those two to split hairs. Then MC is #3 and Malibu #4. That was my thinking as I drive a MC at tournaments but I “may” drive a Malibu once per season so I don’t have a good perspective on them. Your post sounds very un-biased. Thanks for the input.
  21. I’ve recently ordered my WhisperFin. My plan is to begin my season on the stock fin at current set-up, then get some sets under my belt, and then make the change to this fin in order to get a better feel for “before and after.”
  22. Have any other Swervers signed up for our GA event? We’ll be putting out a portable slalom course and we’ll probably have a Crossover boat too; probably a Nautique GS22.
  23. From what I see, that looks like a good boat at a fair price although I haven’t researched prices. The one thing that it will probably need is a steering cable as they all get tight over time. I’d get cost for parts & labor for this unless seller says its recently been done.
  24. We held our state tournament there a few years ago. It’s a nice lake. I think it’s just in a spot with few skiers and all of the lots never sold. It has potential if you need a ski lake where you live. 20 miles or less from Macon; probably 50+ miles from Atl. Near I-75.
  25. @WaterSkier12, sorry you guys can’t make it. We’ll “Swerve” you guys closer to home. :)
