It's the new 2013 Hybrid by Reflex. Check ou the the shape of that whole ski, tip, fore body, mid, and tail, very different. They are made in left and right specific shapes, not just layups as well as a standard. The new 2013 Flow also has these shape options as well. I assume to balance the off and onside turns.

Usually when ski manufacturers put out there latest and greatest stick with claims they've changed this and that you cannot see the changes even if compared to last years ski side by side, well, this is different

@Ed Johnson. Cool if water was compressable. Maybe they should call it the F-106. I am all for innovation if it works. Wonder when someone is going to bring the Venturi tunnel back?

Ha,

I was just flicking through websites last night, and was looking at reflex binding stuff. And they always have interesting skis, so I clicked and was scrolling.

And I was CERTAIN that my screen had distorted the ski, it looked bent and wavy. But I looked back and lo - it was correct.

For some reason what it looked like to me was a basking shark with its mouth open.

Pictured is the Flow.

I hadn't seen a discussion on it, so I figured that would attention - seems to have no?

@Ham Wallace I rode that ski for a time. More brutal OTF on that ski... Hour glass figure was up front. This one is the most radically shaped ski I've ever seen.

It would be funny if you told your ski buddies about how great your new ski was and then you pull it out of the bag and start freaking out like it broke.

@Horton "who cares what it looks like-I want to try it"

That's exactly what I was thinking with my first wife.......didn't end up for me too well, but I want to try it too!!

First ski I ever felt like I was making progress on. But as @Wish said, the OTF's were henious.
