Baller jayski Posted April 15, 2019 Baller Posted April 15, 2019 Super excited about our new boat for this year! Ski N Sports in Tyler Texas stepped up and helped us out in getting this sweet ride! First day out yesterday and she is impressive, fit and finish is amazing, great holeshot, tracks like it's on rails, well balanced without weight, I ran some 28's and 32's and the wake I think is better than the previous 200's. If your in the area and want to try it out c'mon over! It will also be for sale at the end of the season so if your interested send me a PM
Baller skimtb Posted April 15, 2019 Baller Posted April 15, 2019 Nice tug indeed. I’m looking fwd to seeing one of those sometime. Really like the back w/o the saddlebags. Very open. Fit / finish looks great. Enjoy.
Baller Steven_Haines Posted April 15, 2019 Baller Posted April 15, 2019 I thought that they quit making the 200?
Baller LoopSki Posted April 15, 2019 Baller Posted April 15, 2019 @"Steven Haines" where you been? lol Bryant makes it .

Baller Steven_Haines Posted April 15, 2019 Baller Posted April 15, 2019 Going for another triple! Who’s Bryant?
Baller igkya Posted April 15, 2019 Baller Posted April 15, 2019 Not a fan of the gel-coat color scheme, but will assume it looks better in person. Interior is very nice and the rail system looks great.
Baller Jordan Posted April 15, 2019 Baller Posted April 15, 2019 @Steven_Haines Bryant is a boat company owned by Correct Craft. They have sent the 200 molds there and are building the 200 there in Tennessee. it is being built with a new top deck that omits the side saddle compartments. Congrats on the triple panda!
Members sbink Posted April 15, 2019 Members Posted April 15, 2019 Dean at Deans Lake in Dallas took delivery of one of these for our club boat a few weeks ago. Very sweet boat.
Baller KRoundy Posted April 15, 2019 Baller Posted April 15, 2019 That red/grey interior really pops! Congratulations!
Baller klindy Posted April 15, 2019 Baller Posted April 15, 2019 I'm just trying to figure out how that boat lift works. Never mind, I zoomed in and see the magic now.
Baller Wayne Posted April 15, 2019 Baller Posted April 15, 2019 The only thing that would make the 200 better is if it was a v-drive.

Baller jimski Posted April 16, 2019 Baller Posted April 16, 2019 Great looking boat. Not to sure about the colours of the new ones. So is this a 2019 200 ?
Baller Wayne Posted April 16, 2019 Baller Posted April 16, 2019 @Horton darn, I was trying to make it a double triple panda thread.
Baller schafer Posted April 16, 2019 Baller Posted April 16, 2019 @jayski it looks really great. Can’t wait to come try it out.... I really love the M series BMW seats
Baller Cooper_Trelawney Posted April 16, 2019 Baller Posted April 16, 2019 Brilliant color choice for a workhorse. Navy battleship gray with some Coast Guard orange accents. Ski tug for sure!
Baller_ The_MS Posted April 16, 2019 Baller_ Posted April 16, 2019 Pandas and wing nuts in the same thread. Awesome
Baller jayski Posted April 16, 2019 Author Baller Posted April 16, 2019 @jimski yes fresh off the line, boat is pretty awesome, Nautique did a great job with it.
Baller disland Posted April 16, 2019 Baller Posted April 16, 2019 I wonder if they have maxed out the planned build of these for 2019
Baller scorban2 Posted April 16, 2019 Baller Posted April 16, 2019 Looks real nice! That's a lot of SeaDek...
Baller UWSkier Posted April 16, 2019 Baller Posted April 16, 2019 I've not typically been a Nautique fan in terms of styling, but I think that boat has the best lines of any modern ski tug. The new top deck looks far better than the old one. I like that there is no stupid "I'm gonna be a stealth fighter when I grow up" like the Ski Nautique has. No "look at the big butt and camel toe on Becky" of the ProStar. No "I'm a platypus doing an impression of a squirrel with full cheeks" of the TXi. Nice ride!
Baller LoopSki Posted April 16, 2019 Baller Posted April 16, 2019 just noticed the bow looks like playpen seating only ? had that on my MB .
Baller dvskier Posted April 16, 2019 Baller Posted April 16, 2019 Beautiful boat. I predict twice as many will be sold as the Nautique.
Baller RAWSki Posted April 17, 2019 Baller Posted April 17, 2019 Nautique was really the last Ski boat to really embrace SeaDeck. Now I think they are trying to make up for that delay.
Baller ozski Posted April 17, 2019 Baller Posted April 17, 2019 Austin Abel has been running the new boat at Abel Ski School. I'm sure he will be happy to tow anyone who wants to try it out.
Baller cacman Posted April 18, 2019 Baller Posted April 18, 2019 What brand of rail system is that and are you happy it
Baller jayski Posted April 18, 2019 Author Baller Posted April 18, 2019 @cacman it is a Hewitt roll a rail and it is awesome! I wanted as little as possible in the lake to alleviate any possible unforeseen safety issues. The system pulls both ways so if you have a gradual slope like I do it pulls the boat into the lake. Can be set up legs even if water depth drops off fast. If your interested I am a dealer can get you more info. https://www.hewittrad.com/roll-a-rail/
Baller jayski Posted April 18, 2019 Author Baller Posted April 18, 2019 Just something that's different on the new 200 screen, when you use tournament trick or jump you can choose between 3 different hydrogate settings (none, mid, full)
Baller_ The_MS Posted April 18, 2019 Baller_ Posted April 18, 2019 I had that same Hewitt system and it was awesome.
Baller 6balls Posted April 19, 2019 Baller Posted April 19, 2019 Better or worse w/out saddle bag storage? Why or why not?
Baller mbabiash Posted April 19, 2019 Baller Posted April 19, 2019 Better. More room. And I never put anything in there anyway. Everything molds in there anyway.
Baller mbabiash Posted April 19, 2019 Baller Posted April 19, 2019 A small back compartment would have been nice for soap. I don’t use soap but others I ski with do.
Baller EricKelley Posted April 19, 2019 Baller Posted April 19, 2019 Whoever buys this boat needs this Raptor to make it the perfect tow rig. Put some red beadlocks on it.
Baller jayski Posted April 19, 2019 Author Baller Posted April 19, 2019 @6balls it is better without, more room for sure, the room under the passenger seat is surprisingly big if one needs storage, pretty sure I could stuff my 6'1 body in there. First week in I am super impressed with the boat, holeshot is amazing without tearing the skier apart and pulling up big guys quickly, the increased gelcoat interior so nice and easy to keep clean, especially on the motor box which always seems to need the most care. Boat tracks great, if I am driving and no passenger one 50lb weight keeps it level. Touch screen is now second to none, and the little rotary dial is a nice addition to use. The weight is the boat is a non issue. The slalom wake is amazing, without a doubt it is better than the old 200's. Had a nice lady ski yesterday at 28mph 15off and she had minimal disruption through the wakes with her ski staying fully contacted for 95% of the crossing, was super impressed. Her comment was she didn't even notice the wakes. Just as disclosure I am not affiliated with Nautique in anyway, the boat I paid for, no promo programs with the 200, I had a '18 Prostar last year, so comparisons are easy, I have owned every brand and driven all a substantial amount. My enthusiasm and positivity for this boat is nonpartisan and authentic.
Baller Steven_Haines Posted April 19, 2019 Baller Posted April 19, 2019 I think that it’s the best looking new boat that I’ve seen! There’s something about all of the other brands/models that I don’t like aesthetically, but this new Nautique looks sweet!
Baller KRoundy Posted April 19, 2019 Baller Posted April 19, 2019 Honest question - do you think it is quieter or louder with the seadeck vs. an older 200 or other boat that had more padded upholstery and carpet? I just wonder if all the hard surfaces reverberate the sound around more. I'm sure it is lighter weight, but wonder if it is at the expense of a louder ride inside the boat.
Baller jayski Posted April 19, 2019 Author Baller Posted April 19, 2019 @KRoundy I think the noise level is no different, motor noise is almost non existent and the throaty 6L exhaust tone is the thing one hears the most
Baller TEL Posted April 19, 2019 Baller Posted April 19, 2019 @mbabiash Here is your cure for no small compartment for soap. Have had a "Soap Buddy" on the back off my boat for years. Make sure to take it off when you tow your boat. http://hbpinnovations.com/
Baller RAWSki Posted April 19, 2019 Baller Posted April 19, 2019 I actually thought the new 200 was a little noisier inside the boat but not bad. And not as bad as the 6.2 SN . Wish there a little higher step to the platform and a place to toss soap but that's very minor . From shore the boat sounds exactly like our 6L CP.
Baller jpattigr Posted April 22, 2019 Baller Posted April 22, 2019 My wife and I had the pleasure to ski with Jay a few days ago, his lake and boat ski amazing! Jay and his family are the nicest people and we loved every minute we were able to share with them. As for the new 200, the boat was perfect, I think the changes they have made to the boat (new screen, remove side storage etc) have improved the boat. Wake was non existent and boat had a great hole shot.
Baller jayski Posted April 22, 2019 Author Baller Posted April 22, 2019 @jpattigr was great having you all here! Thank you for the kind words and hope to see you and the misses down again!
Scaramanga Posted April 22, 2019 Posted April 22, 2019 Looking forward to seeing one of these at a tournament this year.
Baller Drago Posted April 23, 2019 Baller Posted April 23, 2019 Haven't done my personal annual rules update yet, but i don't think this is an awsa approved towboat
