How about a shot a little further back as @KRoundy suggested so we can get the full effect? Being a Canuck red and white is always a favorite color scheme. I could always paint it to match the boat, or black, or... one thought was to paint the two recessed spots on the lid red... it would kind of look like the boat had fangs... I probably won't do that.
