@chipkimball you have up-to-date information on both here which is great. But you probably should know what the actual model of boat you have paid for is - it's a Ski Nautique or a Nautique 200. One or the other..

Spot on @mbabiash the topic is 200, not a SN. This seems to happen in all threads about Nautiques now. Dumbass idea by Nautique to not give this iteration of the 200 a distinct new name.

I kind of agree @RichardDoane though someone will chime in and tell us that if we don't expand, we'll have no tournament ski boats to use soon or ski companies will dial back innovation due to lack of sales.

I think Jaimee would be pissed she couldn't get passed 3 given her skiing of late, but of course an amazing effort nonetheless. Enjoying watching her growth as a competitive skier.

@The_MS had you previously tried an XTR? If not what prompted you to go for that model just out of interest?

Wow @JustAnewb 260 hours is very low on one of these. It looks very nice. I have one myself but not a Limited like this one.

Where/how did you find the boat?

Teak oil worked perfectly on my old one. I wish my current 196 had a teak platform like my last one. The composite is twice as heavy as the teak, I need to remove it to fit in the garage which is a PITA because I need two people.

@BS74 I agree. I watched some of Cali Pro Am the other day on Youtube, really good commentary with Freddy and Zach W, I thought they were fantastic. Along with skier height/weight we should throw in some more detail like sponsors, where they're from, training site, ski partners, PB's, recent results plus those ZO settings and ski/binding detail. All of this is interesting to us viewers and keeps us engaged. I understand skiers don't often like to share some of those details, but footballers don't like speaking with media after games either yet the governing body obligates them to do so. Why? Because the viewers are interested in what they have to say. For the good of the sport skiers should offer up some information for commentators to throw out there for the masses.

@WoodySkier get a 'Y' piece and fit into the raw intake, with the recirc it keeps warm while at idle.

Good times here! It's not as bad as having a drama with the boat for sure, but it really is a PITA having to fix something that could have been avoided.

Yep the woman's bikini bottoms. Surely they're not going to go at any great speed, but still those bikini bottoms which I normally would love to see, in this case they make me nervous for her.

I’ve come around a LITTLE bit to the external design of the SN, but the Seadek is an almighty cockup in terms of design. To think some folks don’t even want to maintain an old teak platform because it’s too much effort, this will prove to be a nightmare. The best looking and easiest thing to maintain is gel coat, the hardest will be this abortion of a product. Who’s the idiot that thought this would be a great ‘feature’ and who’s the dumbass that approved it for mass production.
